Random Musings on Current Events 6.17.22

Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in the media. Additionally, I know, and it has been proven, that Twitter and Facebook would censor what I have to say so I will say what I feel the need to say in this medium. However, with Elon Musk purchasing Twitter perhaps I will have to take Twitter out of my introduction but not just yet. Time will tell I and for that reason I will not remove Twitter just yet from my Random Musings On Current Events introductory paragraph.

I was remembering an incident in my childhood the other day and it was of my playing a game called Blitzkrieg with a friend at his house after school. Blitzkrieg is a board game in which odds are placed on different pieces depending upon what the piece represents (for example armored division, infantry division, etc.), dice need to be rolled to determine battle outcomes, and the objective, like the name of the game implies, is to use tanks and infantry to overtake your opponent’s territory. Needless to say, one could spend a fair amount of time just reading the instructions to learn the intricacies of ensuring the dice are rolled right to ensure the alignment of odds remained objective and as realistic as possible. Well, my friend, who did not remain my friend for too much longer, did not want me to read the instructions. We would play for a while using the rules as he explained them until I began to get the upper hand and then would “remember” or read another subtly in the rules that gave him the advantage. This went on for a little while until I had to go home for dinner or something like that. I later asked for and got the same game for Christmas and learned that he had changed several rules to his advantage and that playing the game, according to the rules, was much different and it is something that I have never forgotten. Later this same kid grew up, went to work for former Senate Leader Harry Reid in Washington D.C. and has permanently settled in the greater Washington DC area working for or as a lobbyist. It seems like the perfect place for an individual who does not want others to know the rules and who arbitrarily changes the rules to their advantage with no regard for me but in fact to ensure the rules are changed contrary to my benefit.

The S&P 500 is officially in bear market territory, the CPI is at 8.6%, crypto currencies are in the midst of a huge sell off, there has evidently been a run on banks in rural China and all I can do is yawn. So what? Gasoline is now over $6 per gallon and unlike Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and others in New York and San Francisco, I do not have public transportation available to me. I must fill my vehicle up to participate in the economy. This means less money to spend on other items and less time to listen and watch media drivel because I am having to work more and work harder to make dollars stretch just to make ends meet.

I heard someone talking about how this is the worst inflation since 1981 and I had to yawn yet again. This inflation may be much worse than 1981 because the basket of goods used to determine the CPI has changed since 1981. However, after a cursory look at the Bureau of Labor Statistics it is difficult to determine what specifically is in each basket of goods. Additionally, there is the CPI, the core CPI and the core core CPI to further cloud my research. Looking at a summary of changes page on the website it states what categories of the CPI were changed over the years but it provides no specifics. In my line of work, I want and must have specifics, but I do not have the time to dig any deeper into the CPI calculations currently. When something is this difficult to tease out, I must wonder if they are hiding something? For instance, I have heard, that in 1981 the basket of goods used to determine the widely reported CPI included food and gasoline which it does not now. I this is true I know the price of gasoline has doubled in the last year. Using real simple math, not the fancy equations that economists are so fond of that further refine numbers, there has been a 100% increase in gasoline price this past year and food has gone up at least 25% in this past year. Applying these numbers, I would have to say the inflation rate must be near 20% if food and fuel were included in the CPI.  If food and fuel were used in the basket of goods in 1981, I then must ask myself, “Why are food and fuel not used in the CPI’s basket of goods today? Why hasn’t the Federal Reserve jacked up interest rates in the same manner that Paul Volcker did in 1981?  Why are the rules not being told to me and why are they selectively being changed and why has everyone fallen for the fraudulent Keynesian Economic theory?” So, I have concluded that the currency is being debased to pay for debt and because the US Dollar is the world’s reserve currency the globalists in the US have been able to get away with it. Additionally, I think the numbers are being manipulated to make it appear not as bad as it really is for the propagandist in the press to disseminate.

It is election season and advertisements are being mailed to me and commercials are running nonstop on television when I get a minute to watch my favorite baseball team’s game. What amazes me is what is printed or said in these advertisements is nothing substantial and or substantive. I know this has been going on for a long time but, for some reason, I feel like typing about this now. It just tells me how corrupt the election process is that it does not matter what a candidate stands for but how much money they must essentially hypnotize enough people into voting for them. The latest nonsense I read in the media involves one of the Republican’s more viable threats to the Nancy Pelosi machine backed Governor of my state. This news conveniently came out on the day of my state’s primary election. The nonsense involves a story published in the Democrat controlled media propagandists that the candidate made an election related phone call or phone calls using the office phone while at work in his previously elected position. OK, this is probably not the best thing nor an ethical thing for him to have done and he should be fined or whatever but in the big picture, really? Who cares? This allegation comes midst rumors of Nancy Pelosi’s (or perhaps Harry Reid’s) Democrat machine secretly funding of a fringe Trump supporting group that mysteriously formed out of nowhere that advertised against this Republican challenger to Grandma Nancy’s man in which the candidate was portrayed as not “Make America Great” enough. This would not surprise me considering the Harry Reid machine did just the same to get himself re-elected many years ago causing a Republican Candidate to win a Senatorial Primary knowing that the candidate could never win the general election. Additionally, the current Governor signed an election reform bill allowing mail in ballots on a Sunday evening during the pandemic passed by a Legislature late on the preceding Friday night that did not meet in person. Hmm, I ask myself, what should I believe and who is calling who unethical?

A storm raked where I live this past weekend with winds in excess of fifty miles per hour. Tree limbs fell and not a word in the press. If something like this happened in the eastern United States there would be at least a day or two of headlines and an emergency declaration made with at least a hundred million dollars pledged to affected state or states. Of course, this happens all the time here and we know and accept this is something that has to be dealt with several times a year and we survive without the government’s help. Why is it that other parts of the country cannot accept and deal with their own problems without going to the federal government for help?

Speaking of which, installed President Biden visited New Mexico to address the Federal Government started wildfires that are raging across New Mexico. I drove through this part of the country mere months ago and it was gorgeous but tinder dry. What mental giants conceived of starting a controlled burn in this area knowing a storm was coming? Oh, wait a minute, they are probably related to the same mental giants in the area near where I live that had a controlled burn several years ago and decided not to post fire watches when a storm was approaching. That fire erupted into an inferno that destroyed multiple homes, threatened mine along with the whole neighborhood, but fortunately was extinguished by the rain that eventually arrived in the storm after nearly twelve hours of dry winds. Evidently the New Mexican mental giants are less mentally gifted than their relatives in my neck of the woods because they chose the spring to start their fires when the likelihood of moisture in the storm is far less than in the fall as was the case in the fire near my home. What also amazes me is there is so much weather information out there to see what sort of weather might be coming in. How can mistakes like these be made? How are people in these agency’s being vetted for positions of responsibility and authority? Evidently, it has nothing to do with competence because these types of mistakes are unacceptable and not only should the people making these bad decisions be fired but so should the people who gave these people the authority to make these sorts of decisions. It does not take a rocket scientist to read and understand a weather forecast. Although now that I made this comment the National Weather Service will have the attention of the left wing lunatics focused their way so that only politically connected can be promoted if it has not already begun. It seems the cancer of forest neglect and mismanagement has now metastasized well beyond the borders of California.

In closing I have only one thing to say, “God bless America and I mean God bless to all who are in this country; both to those who are patriots, those who are enemies and to those who fall somewhere in between.”

The Sowing of Chaos

I talked with my spouse and some of her family members this past weekend and found myself a bit resigned to what they were saying. I think what I struggled with is they seem really good at regurgitating what they have been told by whatever media source it is that they are listening to. One, obviously, was listening to a lot of Fox News, another to some alternative news sites and others who obviously were listening to other legacy news sources. I think what led to my sense of feeling resigned is how unoriginal their thinking and reasoning processes were and the lack of solutions to the problems they are being fed by the propaganda press. I asked them to take their listening and mental processing a step further, but I am not sure they heard me. A step further than just being able to regurgitate what is being told to them, to think about what the news means to them, at the same time to ask themselves if what is being reported important to them and why might the media claim it to be important? Again, I am not sure if they heard me, but it certainly helped me to clarify my thinking and thought processes.

For example, the other morning, sitting at the breakfast table, my spouse and I had a conversation about the transgender movement and who is doing what and what is being said by whom, according to our reading, listening, and watching. I was able to articulate, perhaps for the first time, in our conversation that this is all noise to me. It is noise that appears to be meant to distract me from something. What specifically that something is I do not know. However, when someone tries to tell me that a man can call himself a woman and compete against women despite still having a viable penis, testicles and who still produces testosterone at levels that a man produces testosterone is a woman, I must wonder. In fact, if this person has not had a change in sex before puberty they would still be at an advantage, in the case of a male transitioning to female, because their musculature and bone structures would have developed as a male. Sure, they could take drugs to reduce the amount of testosterone in their systems at that time, but they still would have the foundational advantage of a male in a competitive female sports competition. So much for Title IX and woman’s rights and another example of how the left will turn on their own when it no longer suits their goals.

As one can see, just in this small diatribe of mine, I have already wasted my readers and my time reading and writing a paragraph on a subject that should not even be an issue. Outside of the rare instance in which a person is born with hermaphrodite like sex organs this whole transgender movement is a ruse. A woman is born with female reproductive organs, a male is born with male reproductive organs, and each has their own sets and ratios of hormones being created within their bodies. Sure, some will have different ratios that place them outside the norm of their sex (i.e., some women may produce more testosterone relative to estrogen than the average female and likewise some men may produce less testosterone relative to estrogen than the average male) but that does not change the fact that they are the sex that they are born with for the vast majority of people. This is a non-issue that is being made into an issue and for what reason?

So, back to the conversation and the distractions being peddled by the propaganda media complex and government, I come back to the fundamental question of, “why?” Why are these distractions being peddled and I consider the question of sex identity to be one of many distractions. What I see in the immediate future is the release of the Supreme Court decision regarding Roe v. Wade and a seeming bipartisan agreement regarding gun control which I think is a bunch of hooey considering current laws are not being enforced but, for now, I will leave that as a subject for another conversation. What I see is midterm elections and the chess board being set. As far as I am concerned right now the news cycle, if you want to call it news since it really should be called the propaganda cycle, is gearing up for the midterms because there is a ton of money to be made in advertising and pushing the agendas of the corporate globalist leftist elites.

Refining my line of questioning I ask myself, “OK, why are these stories being pushed at this time knowing the midterm elections are just around the corner and only mere months away?” Further questions arise in my mind when framing the question this way such as, why has there been an uptick in “mass shootings” in the last couple of months that are now causing Congress to come up with “bipartisan” gun control legislation? Why has a George Soros backed company bought several Spanish language media outlets in the past week? Why is the uproar already building over the Supreme Court’s release of its Roe V Wade challenge? Summing all these questions I would say the common denominator is there seems to be an uptick in chaos that is purposely being stoked and I must, again, ask myself, “why?”

My thoughts are starting to coalesce around the idea of chaos and the loss of an objective application of the law. The sex identity movement is yet another movement designed to confuse language and with the confusion of language it makes it easier for the autocrats (bullies) in this world to subjectively lash out with impunity against all who do not agree with they say. It does matter if what is being said refutes logically what the bullies are saying it only matters that you agree with what the bullies are saying and this is totalitarian in nature. With the gun laws being proposed does anyone really believe they will help stop these seemingly random acts of violence? No, it only will give more power to thugs and bullies who care not what the law says. Besides with the trust in the institutions of the country already flagging the application of law will become even more subjective and whoever has the biggest club, so to speak, will be the final arbiter of law.

In addition, reading alternative non legacy news sources, I have learned that the Saudis, Russians, Indians and Chinese have been talking about trading Saudi oil using non US Dollars as the medium of exchange. This coupled with the fact that the Europeans are still purchasing Russian oil and natural gas with Rubles using cutouts it is obvious that the days of the US Dollar being the world’s Reserve Currency are numbered. Paraphrasing what I have learned from Mr. Dalio in his book, “The Changing World Order” once a Reserve Currency becomes a fiat currency history has shown it is the beginning of the end for that currency. It has now been fifty years since the US Dollar became a truly fiat currency, thanks to a Republican President and Democrat Congress, and quite frankly it appears that the gas tank supporting the US Dollar as the worlds reserve currency is running out of Saudi oil which is what has supported the dollar thanks to Breton Woods. Couple this with the reluctance of the ruling elites in the US to “face the music”, for instance, not allowing a true free market clean out of the economy after the 2008 financial crisis, the economy has hobbled along with a deadly government backed cancer being artificially kept alive and being allowed to metastasize. It has been kept alive only to benefit corrupt government politicians, corrupt businessmen with government connections and especially a corrupt and bloated banking industry. I know with the stripping of reserve currency status for the US Dollar the US economy is in for very difficult times and historically these difficult times include civil unrest against the current ruling powers in a country. Lastly, unlike most Americans who believe or accept the drivel being peddled by the corrupt government media propagandists, I have no illusions that the Russians, Indians, Saudis and Chinese are not buying what is being sold.

The conclusion that I have come up with is that chaos is being sowed so that the Constitutional Rights of Americans can be taken away from the general citizenry. From my perspective a rapid increase in the iterative cycle of the autocratic seizing of citizens’ rights began with the passing of the Patriot Act, then the autocratic use of executive authority of emergency powers in the name of the COVID scam, and now, gun control in the name of “out of control gun violence”. What I am suspecting is this grab for autocratic dictatorial power by the globalist elites in the United States is because, like it or not, the US Dollar is losing its reserve currency status.  Therefore, there is economic hardship and quite frankly sever economic hardship looming on the horizon and the powered elites in the US beholden to the International Socialist Globalist movement know this. It seems that many events are being engineered to instill fear on the one hand so that the other hand can pass laws that erode the fundamental rights guaranteed by the US Constitution. One of the fundamental arguments for the creation of the Second Amendment was that periodically the rank and file citizenry must rise and throw out any rulers who have become too enamored with and or addicted to the power of their offices. I think the powered elites, inside and outside of government, are afraid of this potential scenario looming on the horizon. They are afraid that when the rank and file of the United States citizenry wake up as their standards of living erode much faster than they have over the past twenty years there will be great social unrest.

Random Musings 1.11.21

Once again it is time for some Twitter (for those with a litigious bent there is a trademark symbol just after the “r” in the previous word) like random musings from the mind of a quiet, unassuming, at least in my own opinion, person observing the ramblings, rumblings and revelations in the media. Additionally, now I know that Twitter and Facebook would censor what I have to say any way.

So, Congress sat on the second COVID relief bill for months and now, suddenly, after what appears to be a false flag attack on our nation’s Capitol Building, they suddenly can move an impeachment through in days? This is the same Congress that feels providing $2000 dollars to the rank and file American is too much money. The same bill that provides billions of dollars to foreign countries, their pet projects, and corporations on the government dole? So, I, as an American, am supposed to believe that Congress really thinks what happened at the capitol building is President Trumps fault? Call me a cynic but I am starting to wonder what Congress is hiding? I find it amazing how this supposed “crisis” is being used to jam through an impeachment or calling on Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment? What was on Grandma Nancy’s laptop and or the other laptops that went missing from her office?

I must admit that as I started my typing this fine Monday morning, I was somewhat hesitant to do so because I am not sure who may be recording my keystrokes, tracking my ISP, and etc. Tracking me and recording my comings and going on the internet to be used against me at a time of their convenience. Used against me because I do not agree with them politically, commercially or for whatever reason they deem in order to use it against me. Who knows with the current cult of death that is trying to take over my country it may be to use against me to facilitate my death for all I know. I am wondering if I should seriously consider going underground and stop my rants and rumblings because of how it could be used against me in the near to distant future. For all I know a bank may freeze all my assets or out and out arrest me because I shockingly supported a political candidate and The Constitution of the United States of America.

As I watch the news of Big Tech deplatforming Parler, President Trump, and other conservative websites I have watched the argument that these companies are private companies and so, therefore, do not have to abide by the tenants of the Second Amendment. On the face of this I completely agree as they are not government agencies, however, they have been granted Section 230 protections which essentially extends government guaranteed protections to them. So, by extension, they are defacto extensions of the government given protections similar to the utility companies. Therefore, in my mind, they are subject to Second Amendment restrictions. So, perhaps, it is time to start the seizure of domain names starting with Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Twitter for starters until some changes are made in terms of either changing the Section 230 rules, they submit to the regulations like electric utilities must abide by, arrest the management of these companies for treason, change their algorithms to allow all speech, other actions that I have not thought of and or any or all the preceding actions.

With the Georgia Senate races being called in favor of the Democrat Party candidates I am sitting here in my peaceful location flabbergasted that, from my point of view, the same type of fraud committed in the past national general election was perpetrated in Georgia. The same fraud apparently has been committed and no one has gone to jail or is even being investigated. I pray and hope there is action being taken under the radar, so to speak.

I just took a drive into downtown Sacramento, California and am reminded what a third world country California has become ruled by a small corrupt elite cadre of looters. Tents of the homeless lined the freeway entrance and exit to and from the city core. In case anyone who may read this post do not understand the significance of Sacramento, California, Sacramento is the capitol of the US state of California which arguably if it were to be a stand alone country it has one of the largest economies in the world. The ruling elites of California which has spawned the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Kamala Harris, Gerry Brown Sr, and Jr will be the first to tout California as a world powerhouse to be admired and respected. Well, based on firsthand observation, I cannot confirm their assertation. It is devolving into a third world hole in which fecal matter is deposited. Do not let them fool you.

Lastly, and I know that I have said this before. I have no patience for pedophiles and speaking from personal experience it is one of the worst crimes against a person and against humanity that can be perpetrated. I have a quite visceral response to this crime. I say let the truth come out!

Goodbye 2020

It has been a week since I last posted a comment and to be honest the reason I have not posted is because I am a bit despondent. I will admit that I donated money to a couple of political campaigns this year and I am still receiving solicitations from the campaigns. I am now dismissing them out of hand because I see absolutely no action being taken to hold the cheats, sneaks, and fraudsters who have stolen this most recent election from me and people like me. I still say count every legal vote and the evidence is not being shown to me that every legal vote has been counted and that tens of thousands of illegal votes have occurred. To those who say they will take care of it later I say, “Yeah right do you think I am stupid? You want to drag your feet and hope that people will forget about it so that you can make your money off of the next election”. I am still waiting for the “bombshell” and needless to say I am getting a bit impatient with all the rhetoric and other bologna being peddled.

What this pause to reflect has given rise to within me is the thought that when I do not like a service that I receive from a business or I do not like a particular stance they take politically I can choose to no longer do business with that particular business. For instance, I do not do business with Amazon and will never pay for any of its services, I have not been on Facebook in six months and I will choose any store over Walmart if I can, I am looking at how I can move my business email account off of Google, long ago I quit using Google as my search engine, and now I am looking for alternatives to Netflix as well. Additionally, when Colin Kapernick started taking a knee I took all of my 49er gear down, quit watching the NFL, and this year quit watching MLB when I saw a BLM on a pitcher’s mound. This really has been difficult for me because I like to save money like anyone else and really enjoyed watching sports for entertainment and really have enjoyed the services of Netflix and quite honestly Google had the best search engine for years. I was a happy consumer until these companies, however, now that the owners of these companies have shown themselves to be megalomaniacs with no love for my country and openly support Marxist Leninist Trotskyite organizations and principles I will start my one man boycott of their companies. If others join me all the better but I will at least do my part.   

However, I do not have this recourse when it comes to my government. I do not have the choice to not pay for the so called services that the governments provide me. Let me state up front that I am not an anarchist. I do believe that government is necessary but I am a firm believer that government and its powers should be limited if this has not been clear in the past. I enjoy the notion that thugs that rule China, Russia and elsewhere cannot send ships carrying troops to invade the United States. In other words, I believe the federal government is tasked with the self-defense of our country. It is stated so in the US Constitution for good reason. Because there are those who believe in taking the hard work of those who are industrious and productive by force. I get it. Quite honestly, I enjoy the roads that I drive on though I am not so sure a private company could do the job of maintaining and building roads far more efficiently than my state government. I know there is waste and fraud in the awarding of these contracts as there obviously is in the awarding of military contracts on the federal level. I also enjoy the relative peace that having a local, county and state police and or sheriffs provide in my local area. Without them I am quite sure society would degrade and I would always have to be thinking about mine, my families, and my community’s safety.

But, what I do not enjoy is when my government becomes corrupted and when public service becomes a path to riches at the expense of me I do not have a choice to not pay for the government’s services like I do with commercial enterprises. I do not have a choice to not pay my taxes because if I do not pay my taxes the sheriff or some other branch of law enforcement (who ostensibly only purpose is to keep the peace) will show up at my door with their guns and arrest me. The main recourse I and my fellow citizens have is our vote. Our vote is the currency that each and every citizen has in the marketplace of political ideas and actions. We are each supposed to have one vote no matter how rich, poor, politically connected or not politically connected we are. And now it appears that this has been a charade going back at least twenty years if not further back. At least twenty years since the use of voting machines and probably a century or more in the case of cities with large political machines that have perfected the art of voter fraud.

I would have to say that my grievances are numerous but currently I am not happy with either the executive, the legislative, nor the judicial branches of government nor either of the major political parties in my country. It seems to me that elements of the Executive are out of control with the CIA, FBI and DOJ come to mind right off the top of my head. With regards to the Legislative Branch it seems to be so completely corrupt that they are willing to allow the Executive to run rough shod and comply with their overreaches as for instance in the allowing of the investigations of President Trump and the people around him and carrying out a phony impeachment. I am thinking of James Comey and his underlings in particular in this moment. Additionally, they pass a $1.4 trillion dollar “omnibus” spending bill that provides only $600 to me yet provides $1200 dollars to non-citizens and tens of millions of dollars to foreign interests and etc. It is so obvious that Congress is run by lobbyists and their interests. The Judicial Branch appears to be gone as the Supreme Court will not even do their job as granted them in Article III Section 2 of The Constitution. Texas vs. Pennsylvania has no standing? Give me a break it is your judicial Power to adjudicate controversies between states! This does not even get into all the instances of judicial activism which would be too numerous to list over the last 100 years. Just look at all of the Propositions in California that the people voted for and passed that were subsequently thrown out by corrupt leftist judges.

I sit here and I have to wonder where the leaders are in Washington DC? I have supported President Trump because I see him as being a leader and though I do not agree with everything he stands for, I probably could never work directly for him, and some of his Tweets have made me laugh and cringe I can respect him and his executive abilities. President Trump has not made his fortune off of his position in government as have so many of his detractors both inside and outside (i.e. Big Tech with their Section 230 protection and etc.) of government. What frightens me is that the people inside government have become so comfortable and dependent upon government largess that they have come together to apparently unlawfully prevent mine and others votes from counting. I am fearful that if this is allowed to keep Donald Trump from winning this election then our republic is lost because the one currency I have to express my pleasure or displeasure with current elected office holders, my vote, has been utterly debased and invalidated. To me there is no happy ending to this story if this truly is the level of power the foreign and or domestic enemies of my Constitution have gained and are allowed to keep. As the year of my lord 2021 dawns I will wait quietly to see what, if anything, comes out of Washington DC and around the country in the next week to three weeks. Time is running short and I have to think that I may need to go underground because I will admit that I am more fearful of the left in power than the left carrying out their threats should who appears to be the rightful winner of this election keep power.

Hello 2021!!! Happy New Year!!!

Post Script: Commissions on election fraud, special councils, and Congressional hearings will not change my mind on how I feel about the legitimacy of this past election. I want answers now or the opportunity will be lost forever I fear. If it looks like a delay tactic, and smells like a delay tactic to get the current nonpolitical office holder out of office then it probably is a delay tactic.

Additionally, now I know that Twitter and Facebook would  censor what I have to say any way.

I have sat down with music performed by the Berlin Symphony Orchestra playing The Nutcracker in the background. I am thinking that I am supposed to believe the SolarWinds hack is the work of yet again the Russians? Don’t get me wrong considering the Russia sired the second greatest mass murderer in Josef Stalin. Second behind Mao of China and ahead of Adolf Hitler of Germany. Somewhere in the mix is Pol Pot of Cambodia further solidifying the argument that the greatest mass murderers of the twentieth century all used socialism as their platform to impose their murderous regimes.

As I continue to listen to Tchaikovsky’s Grandfather Dance I am reminded of the The Boy Who Cried Wolf story. Russia has been blamed for so much since President Trump was elected that I am extremely skeptical. I am sorry but my gut instinct is to blame China with perhaps the collusion of Russia at best. China has the money and will to increase their military spending yet another 7% next year and is showing how far they will go in total warfare to do whatever it takes to destroy the United States. Russia is not funding Confucius Centers in the United States, and Russia is not using their sovereign fund to build ports and other facilities in Asia, South America, Africa and elsewhere around the world. Yes Russia has spied on the United States using honey traps and most likely continues to. However, have they gotten into the House Intelligence Committee like China has and who knows where else? Has Russia had the money to provide bundlers to finance candidates in the United States? Having grown up during the cold war I did not witness such corruption at the highest levels of government that I seem to be witnessing now with foreign and domestic socialist actors on both sides of the aisle and in our business and banking elites. So pardon me if I yawned yet again when I saw the headlines blaming Russia.

Oh yes and I am supposed to believe that there was not election interference? Why will Arizona not allow their voting machines to be audited? Why is there such pushback to allow an open audit of machines and ballots? Why are courts not hearing cases on merits but rather finding procedural excuses to throw out challenges to the elections? Why are we being told to just accept the results with none of our questions being answered satisfactorily? I cannot help but think that is something has the shape of a fish and something smells like a fish then chances are it is a fish. Something certainly smells fishy and the longer we move away from the election the more it stinks. So much so, and I have typed this before, I doubt the results of elections stretching back into at least the nineties now and certainly do not trust the voting system now.

5,593 page spending bill!?!? You have got to be kidding me! And I am supposed to believe that there is no pork or any money going to bail out one of the bankrupt states or large municipalities currently run by corrupt members of the Democratic Party?!? Yeah right, get real.

Evidently, the spending bill includes making the illegal streaming a felony. Yet another pandering to big tech that includes aid to Palestinians when small businesses are failing in our country. Of course, who knows if any of this is true because law makers have six hours to review before voting on it? Yet another Grandma Nancy Pelosi jam it down their throat last minute bully tactic. Just pass it and we will take care of the details afterward. Does this relief bill provide direct relief to restaurants and other small businesses hurt by the unfair lockdowns that have exclusively benefited big tech and the large box stores? It makes me sick!

So, we have another strain of coronavirus reported in Europe and just as the first case is reported in England France shuts off all access to and from France to England. Does anyone else find it coincidental that this happens just as Brexit negotiations are heating up and England may leave the EU? I might out that England leaving the EU is a move completely against the globalist agenda and in support of, gasp, a people who love their nation’s independence.

Again I must reiterate that I would prefer therapeutics to help me combat Covid 19, should I it get, than take an experimental immunization using mRNA technology. Something does not smell right with this technology.

How many believe Joe Bidden took an actual vaccine and not a syringe filled with saline? Of course, it may have been a super dose of vaccine administered under the direction of the Democratic Party handlers who cannot wait to see Kamala Harris inaugurated president. Of course, I still do not believe Joe Biden is the President elect nor will I until it can be proven that all votes counted were legal and that all legal votes have been counted.

All government employees and all offices should be shut down for one week a month until tax revenues increase to pre pandemic levels. The first in line in the government who should lose their paychecks for one week a month should be Congress, the heads of the FDA, CDC, National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and state Governors who have shut down their states with unnecessarily long restrictions and etc. I would say President Trump but he already gives his entire paycheck away and has done so throughout his presidency. Remember, this is because he made his money in the new old fashioned way which was in business not due the largesse and grift of holding government positions nearly his whole adult life.

It sure is plain to see who the never Trumpers are and Chris Christie still seems to be one of them.

By the way, I am becoming concerned at the violent rhetoric being spoken by the Democrats and other leftists. I am wondering if I am putting my family and self at risk even typing what I am typing. Though in reality I know it can easily be found by a capable forensic team I am glad of my anonymity at this point. Trouble is I have openly supported President Trump and his campaign so I know my name is on a list somewhere. I wonder if Alec Baldwin will someday show up and try to put a knee on my neck. Would the Washington Post characterize me as a rat like the Nazis characterized Jews in the lead up to World War II?

It seems to me that the intolerant globalist left is beginning to show their true colors. They do not seem to like it when people question their narrative of correct social norms and supposed values. Most of all they do not like it when people question their self-professed moral superiority. My fear is that if they are allowed to amass more power than they already have there is a great potential for rhetoric to turn into actual physical acts. I say this because one of the first things a ruling elite does to condone violence against their opponents is to dehumanize them.

Do I believe that Joe Biden’s administrations will continue the work of President Trump? No, it will be a return to globalism and a very real possibility of the death of our Constitutional Republic. As The Clown in Divertissement comes to its crescendo and gives way to the Waltz of the Flowers, I cannot help but wonder if the SolarWinds could in fact be an operation put in play by rogue elements of our very own intelligence agencies to try and drag us into yet another war? Who to believe and who to trust? As I discussed in my most previous post the same tools that could lead us into enlightenment could indeed be being used to oppress, spread fear, and drag us into another dark age.

Article III Section 2

Having now had two days since the Supreme Court chose not to hear the case between Texas against the four states whose elections rules were changed by their executive and or judicial branches, I am troubled. First, however, I thought I would inform my readers of sections specifically of the US Constitutions and some legal definitions. I inform because I first had to inform myself before writing this

First is Article III Section 2 paragraph 2 which reads:

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

Second, I call attention to Article II Section 1 paragraph 2:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding and Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

It seems to me the case that the Supreme Court made the decision not to hear centered upon these two paragraphs. The first paragraph provides the Supreme Court jurisdiction and responsibility and the second seems to be a valid argument to justify a hearing. However, all except two justices chose not to hear the case which I cannot find a justification for their actions in my mind.

In the Supreme Court response they said, “The State of Texas’ motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.”

So, looking up the legal meaning of standing I found the following definition on the freedicitionary.com which reads, “The legally protectable state or interest that an individual has in a dispute that entitles him to bring the controversy before the court to obtain judicial relief.”

I will admit that I did not read Texas’ briefs provided to the Supreme Court and so cannot be sure of their arguments and for the sake of this post on what is otherwise an obscure blog in an obscure corner or the internet it does not matter. I say it does not matter because I am not a constitutional scholar nor am I an attorney. What I am is a practitioner of applied physics. A world in which, except on the fringes, the laws are absolute and work in nearly all applications that they are applied.

Looking at this and using the definition of standing I can agree that a state really does not have grounds to argue how another state’s legislature prescribes the way their electors are chosen. After all, as I typed above Article II states that a state’s Legislature may direct the way their electors are chosen. What I do not understand is in the contested states the state’s Judicial and Executive branches subverted or elaborated upon the manner which the electors are being chosen. In that case it does affect me because it crosses boundaries separating powers and is grossly unconstitutional and undermines and sets precedent for the same sorts of actions in my state. What the Supreme Court has essentially said is this is acceptable conduct in any state which makes me very uneasy.

Granted I am not a Constitutional scholar and the erudite students of law can probably come up with all sorts of reasons why the Supreme Court was justified in their decisions I cannot. To me it seems like s shirking of responsibility and displays a total disregard for the Constitution by the justices. In a time of struggle between judicial activism and a disputed and questionable election that threatens to destabilize and erode confidence in our Constitutional republic the Supreme Court Justices punted by saying their decision was based on merits but rather grounds. I for one would like to see an explanation of why the justices chose not to hear the case besides a curt two sentence statement.

Random Musings 12.11.20

Once again it is time for some Twitter (for those with a litigious bent there is a trademark symbol just after the “r” in the previous word) like random musings from the mind of a quiet, unassuming, at least in my own opinion, person observing the ramblings, rumblings and revelations in the media. Additionally, it appears that Twitter would most likely censor what I have to say any way and Facebook certainly would censor what I have to say.

I am reading the breaking news about the Covid vaccine and question why many are hell bent on purchasing and distributing the Pfizer vaccine. Something bothers me about putting something in my body that must be super cooled and could potentially affect the RNA of my body. Another thing that bothers me is the rumors that the US Military has already purchased large doses of this vaccine for distribution to our troops. Again I call on the leaders of this country to please do not allow our military to be used as guinea pigs for the vaccine. Right now the only vaccine I am remotely comfortable with is the Oxford Astra Zeneca vaccine which uses similar technology to previous vaccines and additionally it does not need to be super cooled when stored.

Another thing is to all of these government officials who say they will take the vaccine in public to set an example. Pardon my cynicism but I know how easy it would be to fill a syringe up with a saline solution and play it off as a dose of the vaccine. I personally would prefer to catch the virus right now and treat it like President Trump and Rudolph Giuliani and countless others have and survived.

Chinese honey traps?!? Hmm, some things never change in the espionage game. The good representative from California should immediately be stripped of his security clearance and seat on the House Intelligence Committee pending the outcome of whatever investigation that may be underway if there is one underway.

I am smiling at the actions of Texas and the other 18 states who have enjoined the lawsuit and are challenging the states who have apparently committed fraud against the elections. I am frowning at the states who have filed amicus briefs in support of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia. Of course the states supporting the four states are Democrat Party controlled states such as California, Nevada, and others. I know, big surprise there. I am patiently awaiting what the Supreme Court has to say about this as, to me, this is one of the biggest cases in my lifetime. Even bigger than Florida in 2000 and I certainly hope the Supreme Court takes it up despite the perils fraught with whatever decision they make. Of course, personally, I hope the Supreme Court rules against judicial activism and executive overreach and goes with a conservative originalist interpretation of The Constitution.

Please, whoever is responsible for the security of the Supreme Court Justices and their families security, do your job. I would not put it past radicals on either side but especially the left to find a way to threaten them. Now, if one of them has been dumb enough to compromise themselves then let it come to light so they can be impeached and removed from office because they do not deserve to sit on the bench.

I watched news reports of the city of Los Angeles’ new District Attorney stating that he will not enforce select laws, eliminate cash bail and a host of other actions. Isn’t this just another example, similar to judicial activism, of an elected official overstepping their authority? One man who has been elected using money from an enemy of the state (George Soros) and probably money from Nancy Pelosi considering the new AG is from San Francisco to one position is legislating. To me this is unconstitutional and borderline if not outright criminal. Once again Pelosi ways are being exported to another city to feed off of and destroy. Baltimore to San Francisco to Los Angeles and let us hope not the United States.

I am listening to people who are afraid of threatened violence by the left should the election be legally overturned by the Supreme Court and a legal count is ordered which overturns the election. I personally do not believe we should be concerned as I am fully confident that true patriots have been keeping quiet, preparing and most importantly keeping their powder dry. It may not be pretty but it may be necessary to ensure the survival of our constitutional republic.

Scam at the Fringes

I remember many years ago reading a newspaper, when there was still some actual journalism happening and not propaganda, about some people who were arrested for a unique scam. In the scam, if I remember right some bankers and or accountants set up a scam in which they shaved fractions of cents off of financial transactions which in large transactions or spread over a huge amount of transactions and deposited these fractions of cents were deposited into bank accounts controlled by the scammers. At first glance one would not think that would amount to a whole lot of money but since I am an engineer and work with numbers I will provide an easy example. Let me state that these are not the actual figures of the scam but for the sake of this argument I am presenting a simplified example.

Say for instance one is brokering a $1,000,000 transaction in which their firm charges a 10% commission. That means the brokerage firm that the accountants and bankers work with will get a $100,000 commission. If say, for instance, 1/10th of a cent is shaved digitally during the transaction of the commissions then if a penny is 1/100 of a dollar then 1/10th of the 1/100th means 1/1000th of the $100,000 is shaved or $100 is shaved. From this I say ok, no big deal, a hundred dollars will fill two of my cars up with gas with some left over to get a weeks’ worth of groceries. Please do not get me wrong I would not be happy losing the $100 but compared to the overall transaction the $100 is actually 1/10,000 of the original $1,000,000.

Where this scam becomes interesting is when there are many separate and un related transactions occurring in which this 1/10th of a cent is shaved and collected into this account or several accounts controlled by the same group of scammers. In the United States I am sure there are more than hundreds of millions if not billions of transactions happening on any given day. For the sake of this argument let’s say a $100 million dollars is transacted and 1/10,000 or this $100 million is $10,000. If a billion dollars is transacted in a day 1/10,000 of the one billion is $100,000. Now we are looking at some serious money that was made in a single day by shaving off the edges of the hundreds if not thousands of financial transactions occurring without anyone really noticing for a significant length of time. The malfeasance and illegal activity of the conspirators did not attract the notice of regulators and law enforcement for significant amount of time.

Why do I bring this scam up on a blog dedicated to the Constitution you may ask? Well, I will answer your question, it is because I cannot get this scam out of my head observing the events of the past months that have culminated with the election this past week. Specifically, the calls by the press and Democrats asking for proof of election fraud and making statements that there is no wide spread voter fraud. When I began to hear of this the previous mentioned fraud was the first thought that came to mind. Number one there is increasing evidence of election fraud. This is substantiated by the fact the numbers of people beginning to sign affidavits to the fact that they witnessed fraud, coercion, and lack of transparency belies this fact.

Secondly, I would like to posit that there may be wide spread and organized fraud hid in plain sight. Hid in plain sight similar to the fraud committed by bankers, computer programmers, and accountants in the scam I mentioned. It is just too convenient that a voter machine switched votes from President Trump to Joe Biden in Michigan that would not have been caught had it not switched a traditionally Republican district and someone actually looked into the switch. It is my understanding that this machine is used in over thirty states and let us say for instance 1/10,000 of the votes were switched to Joe Biden. Would anyone notice?

To imagine a scenario in which 30 states has this happen and 140 million people total in the country voted. If 3/5 of the states have this machine this would mean 3/5 of 140 million people is 84 million people. If 1/10,000 of these 84 million votes were switched this would mean 8,400 votes were switched and no one would notice. If 1/1,000 of the votes were switched this would mean 84,000 votes were switched and no one would notice because they are spread over thirty states and multiple counties. In this election there are more than thirty states who used this machine and in states with large populations.

Now, we have in some of the large cities controlled by Democratic Party machines where there are allegations of so many different types of fraud and we can see that taken each type of fraud individually it does not appear to include large significant numbers that could change the outcome of the election. You know the argument that 10 votes here and a 100 votes there will not be enough to change the election.

What bothers me is like the scam I presented below we may not be looking at the forest because looking at only the 10 votes here and the 100 votes there we are just looking at trees. These 10 votes here, 100 votes there, 12,500 votes dumped overnight in a counting center, 4,500 votes flipped by a computer program written by a company with definite managerial ties to prominent Democrat politicians, who knows how many votes counted without Republicans able to verify a legal count, states changing laws to benefit mail in ballots which are subsequently counted without signature verification without observation, states Attorney General’s changing signature verification requirements, a complicit Twitter, Facebook, Amazon and mainstream media, COVID and it becomes easy to see that there is a pattern. A pattern in which suddenly, to me, it becomes plausible and within the realm of reason that the criminal Democratic Party organization could be pulling of a massive fraud against our country. This vote is so close that all of these seemingly unconnected “small” events could add up and that we of the United States are being duped and having our freedoms being stolen from us in broad daylight.

I do not accept the results of this election as it stands at this moment. This apparent fraud must be investigated and shown to not be fraud for me to accept the results. Do I expect the DOJ to open a RICO Investigation? No, I would imagine there is a snow ball’s chance in Hawaii of that happening. I notice the press is ramping up their reporting of the COVID spike on the heels of the COVID immunization announcement. States are beginning to shut down again and I cannot help but be cynical that the political class is using COVID yet again to shut down large public gatherings as opposition to the election results grows.

Now I hear calls to just accept the elections and agree that changing the voting process needs to happen from conservative sources. What?!?!? No! This is the type of acquiescing that has gotten us into this situation. Do you think the Democrat Socialists will allow the voting process to be changed in a way that disfavors them? It will be uncomfortable to stand up to the thugs, crooks, and bullies. Let me tell you that it was not comfortable for me to train, go and live in Afghanistan wearing my countries uniform. To you conservatives who want to just throw in the towel I say grow some fortitude because if you do not my time in the military for nothing!!!

Legitimacy

To be legitimate or not to be legitimate seems to be the question at hand in our country at the moment. Of course, I speak of the most recent elections held last Tuesday, November 3, 2020. This after Joe Biden and the media have begun pushing the agenda that Mr. Biden has won the election.

Sitting at my kitchen table letting my fingers push a key pad I am left wondering if my country and its institutions are nothing but a charade to prop up a corrupt, self-serving, parasitic ruling class in this country. A class that has no party affiliation other than to perpetuate their power and their families.

Let me state first and foremost that I do not recognize Joe Bidden as the President Elect any more than I recognize President Trump as the President Elect. What I do recognize is that everything about this election has a certain stench about it and I am starting to think that there is a vast attempt to disenfranchise me and, quite honestly, many other Americans.

It is my opinion that the big city political machines need to be destroyed and efforts must be made to ensure they never gain the power that they apparently still have. These political machines from New York to Baltimore to San Francisco including Chicago and other Democrat Party run cities in between have corrupted and laid waste to once great and vibrant cities and states. These political machines have created nothing more than a class of gentrified leeches and cheats who live off of the carcasses of these once great cities and states. Now, like a tape worm growing inside the guts of their host they want to spread their corruption to the White House and fundamentally change the whole country. It is time, if we want to save this constitutional republic, that we must first ascertain a proper diagnosis of the parasite so that a proper treatment to eliminate this parasite can be prescribed.

I do not care how many weeks it takes to sort out the allegations of fraud in the contested states so that only legal votes are counted. If a vote was received late, was of a dead person, or if machines had their software changed to miscount votes in favor of Joe Biden or even, quite frankly President Trump, then this needs to be rooted out and it needs to be rooted out now! This is not a can to be kicked down the road until a future date which is so often the default of the parasitical class. If you expect me to consider this election as legitimate then you need to convince me that this is a legitimate election! Oh and just because the Justice Department doing an investigation their findings alone will not convince me. As I wait for the Durham report and considering how little of the Justice Department’s bureaucracy has turned over since the Obama administration there are doubts in my mind at just how effective they can be.

These are dangerous times because if I am questioning the legitimacy of the election then how many others out there are coming to similar if not the same conclusions. I have to question returns that have what appears to be a very corrupt politician being propped up by what appears to be very corrupt political machines in corrupt cites and being protected by a corrupt media class who happens to be headquarted in many of these corrupt cities and states. Now we have members of these same big city parasites in both the media and government calling for the blacklisting of Trump staffers and supporters? This type of rhetoric is moving our republic down a path that does not have a good ending. Then again, perhaps this is the truly the end game of this minority of parasites which is to sow discord and create anarchy?

This comes back to what many consider to be chaos and uncertainty regarding the election and its results for me. It is better to ensure that the election is fair and that any votes cast illegally have been disqualified and endure the potential chaos that comes from a fair election than to go further down a road that delegitimizes our republic. After all I quite certain the loudest opposition to a fair election are those who would seek to delegitimize the republic and install a government more suitable to their ends. Ends that certainly are not beneficial to the population and country as a whole.

Yes, a constitutional crisis may ensue in which court precedent may need to be set. It will not be the first time this has happened and I pray to God I hope it is not the last time that it will happen. The Constitution was purposely made to be a living document so that it could change and flex as our nation aged and times changed. However, it was not made to be so flexible that it could be bent shaped and broken according to the whims of a small group of elite parasites. If we, as a nation, expect this republic to live what better time than right now to ensure that our elections are fair, clean, and legal? May the parasitical class thugs who are threatening violence if the election does not go their way carry through with their threats of coercion? Yes, they probably will and they should be held accountable. However, if the election is not shown to be legitimate we could presumably begin to see the disintegration of the republic in ways that will make the agitations of these thugs seem very minor in comparison.

I thank President Trump and his team for standing up to the bullies and thugs in the big city political machines and their lackeys in the press. For if President Trump will not stand up then who will? I know it certainly will not be the likes of Mitt Romney and the other RINOS in the Republican Party and most certainly not from the other side of the aisle in the Democrat Socialist Party ranks.
