Golden Age or Dark Age?

Two days ago, I was reading a story and in the story two of the characters were having a conversation. The two characters are older characters who have seen a lot and have been around a lot and one of the characters is speaking of today. There are two sentences spoken by one of the characters that somehow rang true to me. It rang true to me because in those two sentences it seemed to sum up my observations and opinions of one industry in particular. The two sentences read, “This should be a golden age ushered in on the wings of science and technology. Instead, it is the opposite. The start of a new dark age, using those same tools to spread ignorance and fear.”

It seems like just a little bit of time ago, in reality thirty years ago, I was living in the San Francisco Bay Area working and taking an introduction to computer science class. I was fascinated with the new technology and had to learn what it was all about so that I could move forward in my life with some fundamental knowledge of how the technology worked. It was being touted that this “new technology that would increase productivity and save time for all of us”. In the class, I learned about inputs, outputs, memory, and the computer processing unit (CPU). Within a couple of years I was using an IBM 286 to manipulate data and do word processing. Within another couple of years I was learning how to write code and at the same time explore this new medium called the internet in which I could instantly in my house or in a computer lab communicate and or share ideas and information with others. It seemed to me to be the dawn of a golden age in which information would flow much more freely and quickly than it had up to that time.

It was interesting to note that I remember speaking with the first person that I bought a computer from in 1993. This gentleman essentially bought the computer components and assembled the complete machine for his customers. In a conversation he talked about being in Berkeley California in the 1980’s running in computer geek crowds and meeting Bill Gates. The gentleman that I bought the assembled computer remembered Bill Gates as the geek of geeks and yet he always had a crowd of people around him. By the time I was told this story in 1992 Microsoft was well on its way to the dominance that it developed and currently maintains.

Regardless, I was riding high on the power of the personal computer and the internet as I was able to research, perform calculations, and find spare parts and machinery that otherwise could not be found much easier than it had been before. I think one of the biggest boons for me was the word processing capability because I have never liked typing considering all of the mistakes I make when writing. It was awesome! Suddenly, friends of mine who lived in the San Francisco Bay Area were encouraging me to move back there as they were taking jobs at startups with huge stock options with promises of personal fortunes. Needless to say I was starting to become uncomfortable with how non-technical people were starting to become experts in high tech. Again, secretaries were becoming millionaires. I chose not to move and thank goodness I did not because when the dot com bubble burst some of these same friends lost their jobs and their stock options became worthless. For me personally the euphoric bubble was beginning to burst.

The survivors of this bloodletting only became bigger and stronger and little did I know some of these of the strongest and biggest companies were receiving protections from the US Government. Evidently, as they became bigger they also started using their new found wealth to begin lobbying and out right supporting political candidates. It is little wonder as I sit here now and reminisce that I was becoming disillusioned with the industry instinctively. All the while they became larger and larger. It did not help that new program versions and hardware “versions” were being pushed every year or two and I just could not bring myself to keep up when I had machines that were running perfectly good. I could sense that the technologists had been replaced by greedoligists as the user interfaces became more and more glitzy despite the user functionality remaining essentially the same and in fact decreasing in many cases as the software became more and more proprietary locking me out of certain capabilities.

The last programming language that I learned was C++ and I realized that programming was advancing at rate far faster than I cared to match and so I kind of turned my focus on other items periodically upgrading my computers to newer, faster, and more complex machines. Although I will admit that one of the most frustrating trends at the time was all the extra programs provided on these new machines that were difficult to remove. Quite honestly I never really felt comfortable that I had removed all the superfluous programs and as a consequence that the machine ran as fast as it could but I never really paid too much attention or devoted too much time to “clean” all the garbage programs out of my machines. It began to feel that the machine really was not truly my machine but that I was somehow paying for a machine that someone else could control and manipulate.

This became even more noticeable over the years when due to the increase in interconnectivity updates began being pushed out to my machines, licenses to run certain software packages required one to be online, and security due to hacking and other malicious code became so sophisticated and pervasive that to even visit and use some sites I had to keep my computer security up to date. Thus requiring my machine to be nearly always connected to the internet. My machine became even less my machine but rather like something I am leasing with someone always watching my every move and I have to pay for it. Oh and yes, if you think you are not being watched when you are online I have known this for quite some time and really it is not too difficult to tell that someone is watching you.

Now here we are today and we have FANG (Facebook, Amazon, Netflix and Google) who have essentially become the most powerful companies in the world. Some of whom enjoy the privilege of Section 230 protection and have actually benefitted from the COVID “pandemic” as people have been brow beat into being fearful of going out and meeting people in person. Like Amazon’s destruction of small and even large brick and mortar businesses now they enjoy the benefit of having governments actually destroy their competition while they become larger and larger and more and more powerful. Ever so much more powerful that using technologies perfected with their partners in Communist China they apparently have even been able to turn tools of mass censorship on the country that spawned them. So much for the euphoria that I once associated with the internet; the medium that could provide for free flow and dissemination of information and that could provide so much more freedom to the world.

Make no mistake of my opinion but that I have no doubt that several if not all of these companies have colluded at some level with the Communist Chinese Party (CCP). It is my opinion that if a company has done business in China they have had to make deals as the CCP is the most powerful authoritarian regime on the face of the earth currently. In order to do business in CCP controlled China these companies had to develop censorship algorithms. Now it appears the FANG have colluded with the Democratic Party and have conspired to cheat America out of a free and fair elections. I just wonder where the lines between the CCP and FANG exist because from my point of view the lines are very very blurry.

Additionally, I know look back on the history of recent elections in California and even the state that I live in and have to wonder how long this apparent digital vote cheating has been going on? Additionally, in all the other states that are using computerized voting systems? It is my opinion that the union between the big tech giants, the Democratic Party, elements of the Republican Party, the mainstream media and now apparently the CCP is an unholy alliance and an out and out criminal alliance. Freedom is euphoric but what we have now is oppression that is rapidly leading to a disintegration of social cohesion in the United States that is not going to end up good for many many tens if not more tens of millions of people. One that if not stopped now may be too late to be stopped if it indeed it is not already too late. Will the next four years bring us more fear and ignorance or will they bring us more jobs, freedoms, and be more akin to a golden age?

Random Musings 12.11.20

Once again it is time for some Twitter (for those with a litigious bent there is a trademark symbol just after the “r” in the previous word) like random musings from the mind of a quiet, unassuming, at least in my own opinion, person observing the ramblings, rumblings and revelations in the media. Additionally, it appears that Twitter would most likely censor what I have to say any way and Facebook certainly would censor what I have to say.

I am reading the breaking news about the Covid vaccine and question why many are hell bent on purchasing and distributing the Pfizer vaccine. Something bothers me about putting something in my body that must be super cooled and could potentially affect the RNA of my body. Another thing that bothers me is the rumors that the US Military has already purchased large doses of this vaccine for distribution to our troops. Again I call on the leaders of this country to please do not allow our military to be used as guinea pigs for the vaccine. Right now the only vaccine I am remotely comfortable with is the Oxford Astra Zeneca vaccine which uses similar technology to previous vaccines and additionally it does not need to be super cooled when stored.

Another thing is to all of these government officials who say they will take the vaccine in public to set an example. Pardon my cynicism but I know how easy it would be to fill a syringe up with a saline solution and play it off as a dose of the vaccine. I personally would prefer to catch the virus right now and treat it like President Trump and Rudolph Giuliani and countless others have and survived.

Chinese honey traps?!? Hmm, some things never change in the espionage game. The good representative from California should immediately be stripped of his security clearance and seat on the House Intelligence Committee pending the outcome of whatever investigation that may be underway if there is one underway.

I am smiling at the actions of Texas and the other 18 states who have enjoined the lawsuit and are challenging the states who have apparently committed fraud against the elections. I am frowning at the states who have filed amicus briefs in support of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia. Of course the states supporting the four states are Democrat Party controlled states such as California, Nevada, and others. I know, big surprise there. I am patiently awaiting what the Supreme Court has to say about this as, to me, this is one of the biggest cases in my lifetime. Even bigger than Florida in 2000 and I certainly hope the Supreme Court takes it up despite the perils fraught with whatever decision they make. Of course, personally, I hope the Supreme Court rules against judicial activism and executive overreach and goes with a conservative originalist interpretation of The Constitution.

Please, whoever is responsible for the security of the Supreme Court Justices and their families security, do your job. I would not put it past radicals on either side but especially the left to find a way to threaten them. Now, if one of them has been dumb enough to compromise themselves then let it come to light so they can be impeached and removed from office because they do not deserve to sit on the bench.

I watched news reports of the city of Los Angeles’ new District Attorney stating that he will not enforce select laws, eliminate cash bail and a host of other actions. Isn’t this just another example, similar to judicial activism, of an elected official overstepping their authority? One man who has been elected using money from an enemy of the state (George Soros) and probably money from Nancy Pelosi considering the new AG is from San Francisco to one position is legislating. To me this is unconstitutional and borderline if not outright criminal. Once again Pelosi ways are being exported to another city to feed off of and destroy. Baltimore to San Francisco to Los Angeles and let us hope not the United States.

I am listening to people who are afraid of threatened violence by the left should the election be legally overturned by the Supreme Court and a legal count is ordered which overturns the election. I personally do not believe we should be concerned as I am fully confident that true patriots have been keeping quiet, preparing and most importantly keeping their powder dry. It may not be pretty but it may be necessary to ensure the survival of our constitutional republic.

Random Musings 12.7.20

Once again it is time for some Twitter (for those with a litigious bent there is a trademark symbol just after the “r” in the previous word) like random musings from the mind of a quiet, unassuming, at least in my own opinion, person observing the ramblings, rumblings and revelations in the media. Additionally, it appears that Twitter and Facebook would censor what I have to say any way.

I am sitting down to type after a couple of days of not feeling well. Never fear I did not have COVID or at least I do not think I had COVID as I felt better in two days and only had a slight fever, sore throat, and tight chest. Who knows maybe I did have COVID and just handled it? Well safe to say I am not going to go get tested because I feel better and who knows I may have just had a common cold! I know shocking and inconceivable isn’t it?!?

I am reading about the cabinet selections that Joe Bidden is making in his illegitimate claim to be the “President Elect”. After what to me has been an energizing last four years despite the nonstop back biting and outright attempts to oust President Trump I look at Joe Biden’s picks and suddenly feel de-energized. It feels as if a bunch of vampires are lining up to reestablish and or establish (i.e. big tech) their positions at the blood fest. All the old and new names with the same old ideas and corrupt agendas are lining up at the trough to pierce their teeth into the life blood of America after a four year long unexpected period of fasting. Though I will argue there have been several who have managed to hang on despite President Trump’s efforts to clear them out of government. After all, four years is such a short amount of time to do so considering the leaches have had a century or more to establish their colonies in the swamp, our educational system, bureaucratic institutions, politically connected businesses, and other “social” institutions.

I am in no hurry to learn the results of a fair election in which only legal votes are counted. It is now or never because I see no other way out of the morass of corruption amidst the coordinated attack on our Constitutional Republic being perpetrated by enemies foreign and domestic. I should say I see no other peaceful way as if the socialists are allowed to gain power illegally as it will entrench their hold on the levers of power. Levers of power that they will use by whatever means necessary to maintain their hold on power. Again, I know of no other socialist regime that has peacefully relinquished power once they have obtained power.  

I just recently learned that Paul Ryan, an obvious globalist never Trumper, was put on the board of Fox News. To some this is old news but new news to me and suddenly many pieces fell into place in my understanding of the tilt Fox News has recently taken. Of course, I only watch a few shows on the network at most and now I am now questioning why I pay extra to be able to watch it. Again, I am questioning why I pay money to companies who despise me and my freedoms?

Memo to Paul Ryan; President Trump has earned the right to be a leader in his own right by creating a successful business and winning one election despite being an outside and obviously would be winning the current election if it were not for the increasingly apparent meddling and fraud perpetrated on a grand scale. You are nothing more than a government hack who has made your wealth off the backs of taxpayers. The only reason you have your job at Fox News is your political connections built up over the decades as a public servant on the taxpayer’s dole. I have the same amount of respect for you that you have for me which apparently is zero.

Lord Mark Malloch-Brown is going to become President of George Soros’ Open Society Foundation?!?! Wow, though this is legal is there any doubt now that George Soros is not behind the apparent mass election fraud in the last election. Lord Mark Malloch-Brown!?!? The same Lord Mark Malloch-Brown who is currently the chairman of the Smartmatic voting system’s parent company, Dominion Systems?

This morning I was working out and half watching and half listening to Pearson Sharp on One America News. In the segment he stood in front of chalkboard with numbers and state names written on the board and at the top of the board underlined were the words, “Election Breakdown”. I began listening to his presentation and within minutes I had stopped working out and was staring at the numbers on the chalkboard as he made his way through the presentation. On the right sight of the board he presented numbers from Nevada in the most recent Presidential election first with a breakdown. In the state of Nevada Biden “won” by 33,000 votes. However, according to Mr. Sharp there were 1,500 votes cast by dead people, 2,500 votes cast by voters who changed addresses, 6,000 votes cast from addresses that are vacant, 8,000 votes cast from nonexistent addresses, 15,000 votes cast from commercial addresses, 20,000 votes cast from out of state addresses, and 42,000 double votes cast for a total of 95,000. In case anyone is wondering, apparently, all these votes are considered fraudulent votes which means there were 95,000 fraudulent votes counted.

So, the next question I ask is how many of these 95,000 fraudulent votes went for Joe Biden? Call me cynical but I have a feeling the vast majority of these fraudulent votes when for Joe Biden. Mr. Pearson then went on to show Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Michigan and Georgia numbers comparing the number of fraudulent votes to Joe Biden’s “margin of victory”. In each state the number of fraudulent votes far exceeds the margins of victory. Even more stench effluviates from the mainstream media, big tech, entrenched politicians, and bureaucrats on both sides of the aisle in their choice to ignore these numbers in their race to embrace Joe Biden.

What bothers me most about all of this is that I am just supposed to shut up and push the I believe button by the press, big tech, and the elites. They all say, “Let’s all just accept that Joe Biden won so we can move on, fix the problems and all get along”. I say bull pucky! I have been hearing that mantra my whole life as politically connected and correct people use the government to squash competition to their benefit while active as if they are morally superior while my quality of life has been under constant attack. It will never be fixed in a Joe Biden administration and in fact it will only get worse. Just look at what Big Tech has accomplished in California which is now a one party state. Bleh, I see you and you are not beautiful despite all your plastic surgery, pontifications, and supposed moral authority. You are deceitful, conniving, power hungry, hard to look at, hard to listen to and generally repulsive.

Let me finish this missive be offering my gratitude the veterans, the memory of deceased veterans and the generation who fought and lived to see the United States and allies to victory in World War II on this Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

Tech Tyranny

I sit down to type today very conscious of the tyranny of the big tech oligopoly. This after watching the news concerning the Senate’s Judiciary Committee and a deep shiver went up and down my spine when Mark Zuckerberg all but admitted that tech companies are colluding and sharing information. That and evidently there is some sort of algorithm or software that is monitoring or sharing data between the big platforms that, in my mind, could be used for mass censorship, deplatforming, and essentially cancelling users without any due process. If I remember right the names mentioned on Tucker Carlson last night were Centra and Tasks. Mark Zuckerberg out and out lied when he said he was too familiar with Centra. Anyone looking at him could tell he was lying. Can I probe it? No, but I know deep inside he was.

Do I expect Congress to do anything about it? Let’s see, lame duck session, Senatorial majority in question, Presidential election in question, massive campaign donations to members of both parties, and who knows what sort of blackmail the tech giants and I would have to say no. Let’s hope for the survival of our democracy that President Trump prevails in his refutation and questioning of this election and that the control of the Senate does not switch parties because then for sure nothing will happen. To be honest I do not expect much to happen either way but at least there will be an outside chance that something will happen to Section 230 and quite frankly, in the case of Tasks, the potential for antitrust charges.

Of course Tasks was probably allowed by DHS, the CIA and or another three letter agency in the fight against terrorism. So, yet again something stinks in this exchange and it smells of corruption and abuse of power.

Speaking of the abuse of power I listened to an interview of retired Air Force LT General Thomas McInerny today and his discussion about voter machines and the software used to run these machines. You have got to be effin’ kidding me!!! There is no doubt now in my mind that this software to be used against foreign adversaries is quite possibly being used against the rank and file US citizen. I am spitting angry that no one is providing a platform for this man. Is this why General Flynn was falsely accused because he knew the potential and possibility of how this was being used? Was he the reason this was not used against the American people effectively last election? Is it because he has been effectively taken out this election cycle that it appears to have been used against us on such a wide scale this election? I wonder how much of this is being obfuscated and hidden under the guise of national security?!? I wonder if there is a connection between big tech and flawed software and hardware in the voting machines?

Now that I have vented and let anyone know how I feel in this moment what really bothers me is I wonder who is recording and archiving all of my movements, posts, searches, and etc. on the internet? I wonder if this will be used against me and my family in the future? Fortunately, I really have never trusted Facebook and even less Twitter and so I do not have too large a footprint on these platforms. But after learning of Tasks and Centra I have to wonder if cookies and other spyware have been put on machines without my knowledge gathering all sorts of data. I wonder how much the huge data centers in Senator Lee and Senator Romney’s Utah and in other states have regarding me? Yes, Mr. Carlson, the hair on my back is standing up, has been standing up and now that it is being confirmed what I consider to be righteous anger and fear have been building in my soul. Fear that I have no privacy and anger that I have no privacy.

Now, I suppose, I will have to actively seek out, find, and implement ways to limit my digital footprint. It is confirmed and though I have left some breadcrumbs just to see who might be watching my activities as I have suspected for at least a decade I can now confirm that Facebook and Twitter have. So, I now have to assume that Google, Amazon, the NSA, CIA and or FBI also have been tracking m and that certain groups probably even have record of my specific votes. It turns my stomach and further erodes my faith in the system which just seems to be so so very corrupt.

Additionally, I am still waiting for some consequences to be doled out to Comey and Clapper. Do I have a lot of faith that it will be doled out? No, and it further serves to make me sick. IF I had done what some of these people seem to have done I would be busting rocks in Leavenworth. But then again Hilary Clinton and all of her minions are still walking free so no big surprise.

Scam at the Fringes

I remember many years ago reading a newspaper, when there was still some actual journalism happening and not propaganda, about some people who were arrested for a unique scam. In the scam, if I remember right some bankers and or accountants set up a scam in which they shaved fractions of cents off of financial transactions which in large transactions or spread over a huge amount of transactions and deposited these fractions of cents were deposited into bank accounts controlled by the scammers. At first glance one would not think that would amount to a whole lot of money but since I am an engineer and work with numbers I will provide an easy example. Let me state that these are not the actual figures of the scam but for the sake of this argument I am presenting a simplified example.

Say for instance one is brokering a $1,000,000 transaction in which their firm charges a 10% commission. That means the brokerage firm that the accountants and bankers work with will get a $100,000 commission. If say, for instance, 1/10th of a cent is shaved digitally during the transaction of the commissions then if a penny is 1/100 of a dollar then 1/10th of the 1/100th means 1/1000th of the $100,000 is shaved or $100 is shaved. From this I say ok, no big deal, a hundred dollars will fill two of my cars up with gas with some left over to get a weeks’ worth of groceries. Please do not get me wrong I would not be happy losing the $100 but compared to the overall transaction the $100 is actually 1/10,000 of the original $1,000,000.

Where this scam becomes interesting is when there are many separate and un related transactions occurring in which this 1/10th of a cent is shaved and collected into this account or several accounts controlled by the same group of scammers. In the United States I am sure there are more than hundreds of millions if not billions of transactions happening on any given day. For the sake of this argument let’s say a $100 million dollars is transacted and 1/10,000 or this $100 million is $10,000. If a billion dollars is transacted in a day 1/10,000 of the one billion is $100,000. Now we are looking at some serious money that was made in a single day by shaving off the edges of the hundreds if not thousands of financial transactions occurring without anyone really noticing for a significant length of time. The malfeasance and illegal activity of the conspirators did not attract the notice of regulators and law enforcement for significant amount of time.

Why do I bring this scam up on a blog dedicated to the Constitution you may ask? Well, I will answer your question, it is because I cannot get this scam out of my head observing the events of the past months that have culminated with the election this past week. Specifically, the calls by the press and Democrats asking for proof of election fraud and making statements that there is no wide spread voter fraud. When I began to hear of this the previous mentioned fraud was the first thought that came to mind. Number one there is increasing evidence of election fraud. This is substantiated by the fact the numbers of people beginning to sign affidavits to the fact that they witnessed fraud, coercion, and lack of transparency belies this fact.

Secondly, I would like to posit that there may be wide spread and organized fraud hid in plain sight. Hid in plain sight similar to the fraud committed by bankers, computer programmers, and accountants in the scam I mentioned. It is just too convenient that a voter machine switched votes from President Trump to Joe Biden in Michigan that would not have been caught had it not switched a traditionally Republican district and someone actually looked into the switch. It is my understanding that this machine is used in over thirty states and let us say for instance 1/10,000 of the votes were switched to Joe Biden. Would anyone notice?

To imagine a scenario in which 30 states has this happen and 140 million people total in the country voted. If 3/5 of the states have this machine this would mean 3/5 of 140 million people is 84 million people. If 1/10,000 of these 84 million votes were switched this would mean 8,400 votes were switched and no one would notice. If 1/1,000 of the votes were switched this would mean 84,000 votes were switched and no one would notice because they are spread over thirty states and multiple counties. In this election there are more than thirty states who used this machine and in states with large populations.

Now, we have in some of the large cities controlled by Democratic Party machines where there are allegations of so many different types of fraud and we can see that taken each type of fraud individually it does not appear to include large significant numbers that could change the outcome of the election. You know the argument that 10 votes here and a 100 votes there will not be enough to change the election.

What bothers me is like the scam I presented below we may not be looking at the forest because looking at only the 10 votes here and the 100 votes there we are just looking at trees. These 10 votes here, 100 votes there, 12,500 votes dumped overnight in a counting center, 4,500 votes flipped by a computer program written by a company with definite managerial ties to prominent Democrat politicians, who knows how many votes counted without Republicans able to verify a legal count, states changing laws to benefit mail in ballots which are subsequently counted without signature verification without observation, states Attorney General’s changing signature verification requirements, a complicit Twitter, Facebook, Amazon and mainstream media, COVID and it becomes easy to see that there is a pattern. A pattern in which suddenly, to me, it becomes plausible and within the realm of reason that the criminal Democratic Party organization could be pulling of a massive fraud against our country. This vote is so close that all of these seemingly unconnected “small” events could add up and that we of the United States are being duped and having our freedoms being stolen from us in broad daylight.

I do not accept the results of this election as it stands at this moment. This apparent fraud must be investigated and shown to not be fraud for me to accept the results. Do I expect the DOJ to open a RICO Investigation? No, I would imagine there is a snow ball’s chance in Hawaii of that happening. I notice the press is ramping up their reporting of the COVID spike on the heels of the COVID immunization announcement. States are beginning to shut down again and I cannot help but be cynical that the political class is using COVID yet again to shut down large public gatherings as opposition to the election results grows.

Now I hear calls to just accept the elections and agree that changing the voting process needs to happen from conservative sources. What?!?!? No! This is the type of acquiescing that has gotten us into this situation. Do you think the Democrat Socialists will allow the voting process to be changed in a way that disfavors them? It will be uncomfortable to stand up to the thugs, crooks, and bullies. Let me tell you that it was not comfortable for me to train, go and live in Afghanistan wearing my countries uniform. To you conservatives who want to just throw in the towel I say grow some fortitude because if you do not my time in the military for nothing!!!

No Man’s Land

I sit this morning with all media turned off to be with my thoughts, impressions, and prayers as I try and make sense of the election day and the four years leading up to yesterday and today. It is quiet but it is not a peaceful quiet. I am recollecting and pondering what I consider to be our nation’s first virtual election its implications today and potentially going forward. The nearest example to this eerie silence is the eerie silence that I have experienced before battle commences in military field exercises and the silence one experiences just before going outside the wire in a hostile combat zone. A sort of no man’s land in which anything could happen. The silence that one hopes they have all their kit in order and that their training will be sufficient for any contingency and that help will be close enough should contact be made. However, one difference today that I sense is I am not sure where or if there will be any help.

Let me state up front that I call this our nation’s first virtual election because as I recall the events of the last several years I am waking up even more to the corrupting influence Silicon Valley is having on our nations media, political class, and business in general. I will also state up front that it is not just Silicon Valley that is the corrupting influence but rather the dark unholy marriage between Silicon Valley’s vast financial resources with the corrupt political, media and business classes in our country.

In the last several weeks an expanded vision of corruption and the extent to which the vile nefarious wraith like influence of Silicon Valley’s influence has dawned in my consciousness. The vision of Jack Dorsey’s hollow sunken distracted eyes set in his hollow cheeked scraggly bearded face has haunted me since watching him get grilled by Senator Cruz. The brazen disrespect as exemplified by what I consider to be statements bordering on perjury regarding Twitter’s policies regarding posts and accounts that they ban and the reasons they do so just rang hallow to me. It took nearly another week for Twitter to remove their ban on the New York Post’s reporting of the Hunter Bidden laptop. It appears to me that Jack Dorsey considers himself to be above the law.

The next idea or realization that occurred to me is looking geographically where the most left leaning politicians in the country reside and represent relative to Silicon Valley. Obviously, we have Nancy Pelosi from San Francisco, Kamala Harris from Oakland, California. Two cities within a half hour drive of Silicon Valley when traffic is not too congested. Then radiate outward from here my mind goes to Hollywood a mere one hour flight from Silicon Valley which is represented by none other than Adam Schiff. And to the north we go to Portland another hour’s flight from Silicon Valley and finally up to Seattle maybe another half hour flight beyond Portland. Spreading east over time we have seen Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, and other states gradually leaning and going more left with passing time.  This year we have witnessed vast and huge sums of money being poured into political races throughout the country to include the South Carolina and Iowa Senate races. Where did this money come from?

I witnessed the Dot Com bubble and bust in the 1990’s and in fact participated peripherally in many of the conversations and actually embraced the advent of the internet and personal computing. I used an Intel based 286 computer to type up some of the first work packages, letters, and data base manipulations for my work and loved the flexibility and power that if provided at the tip of my fingertips. Using the Intel based 386 computer I explored the internet for the first time setting up an email account and communicating with my local universities servers I thought I was the mater of my own universe.

I remember visiting friends in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1990’s and the energy and euphoria of the boom were palpable as one could almost taste the excitement and buzz surrounding the amount of wealth being created and generated. My friend’s wife started to work for a startup company and part of her compensation package was options on the company’s stock as promises were made, co-workers were investing their money in tech stocks expecting to retire at the age of thirty, and on and on and on. I remember noting the apparent, even then, ruthless competition to acquire talent as campuses were being created to keep employees satisfied and the vast sums of money being thrown at engineers to entice them to work for these companies. All the while property values and the cost of living in the San Francisco Bay Area continued to up and up and up.

Of course, this all came crashing down wiping out many life savings in the process and bankrupting countless internet and tech startups as it probably should. It is the way of business and only the strongest survived. To survive the slaughterhouse of the late nineties I will also submit that not only were some of these companies the strongest but some of them were the most ruthless. For instance, Amazon emerged taking out whole industries starting with brick and mortar book sellers. I will admit that Amazon is much more efficient at moving product than the traditional book seller but I am one who enjoyed the physical act of going to a store that smelled of new books, where one could browse many genres of books, and where one could sit down and manually flip through pages scanning and deciding if this was the right purchase for me. It was not a virtual experience illuminated by photons emanating from a computer screen. The survivors of this onslaught came out stronger, with increased market share, and began accumulating wealth beyond imagination.

What does one do when they have accumulated so much wealth that they do not know what to do with it? Personally, I do not know as I have not experienced this in this lifetime. But I have observed people like Bill and Melinda Gates building an expansive mansion near Seattle and starting a Foundation. I have seen Jeff Bezos continue to expand his reach into media, food, back to setting up brick and mortar store fronts, and seemingly reach to become the wealthiest man in the world. Google has quietly acquired countless companies while becoming a verb along with the most visited search engine on the internet. Facebook, to me is a time suck and quite honestly is drug like. I have spent some time on Facebook and have been shocked at how quickly the time has gone by engaging in conversations, reading posts, and making posts. Mark Zuckerberg has been quiet with where he spends his money at least from my point of view Twitter, on the other hand, sort of came out of nowhere in my world as I was already becoming disillusioned with the internet and all things Silicon Valley when they broke on the scene. And after seeing Jack Dorsey’s wraithlike drug fueled eyes I am glad I have not given Twitter much of my time or energy.

Where do they spend their money? Though I do not direct proof as I do not have the resources to thoroughly investigate my suspicions it has dawned on me that there is a pattern developing and patterns that I am suspicious of. First off, there is a rise in left wing Democratic politicians on the national stage who are from California. Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, and Adam Schiff come to mind. Second, California is now a one party state and this has happened since the rise of Silicon Valley wealth. Nevada, Oregon, Washington are just about one party states and this shift has all happened since the wealth of Silicon Valley has been accumulated. The largest beneficiaries of the COVID 19 crisis has been Silicon Valley and their monopoly on virtual communications platforms and shopping. How many hundreds of millions of dollars of money were poured into Democratic Party candidate’s coffers? To me there is only one industry that can support the type of funding across the country and in the manner that the money was spent and the industry is tech and the media outlets it supports and is in collusion with. Have we, as a country, entered the land of Mordor in which the ever present eye of Sauron could fall upon us at any time and deploy his wraiths to do his bidding?

I know see the lines more clearly now and it frightens me. I am frightened and awestruck at the lengths these people will apparently go to maintain their power and influence. I now have to question the legitimacy of some conspiratorial theories that COVID 19 was a creation of an alliance between international leftists in the United States and the Chinese Communist Party to ensure President Trump is not reelected as possibly being correct. It seems while the majority of the people are in isolation a great power grab is being undertaken by leftist elites who are more than willing to censor, further isolate, black mail, and threaten violence in order to lead our country into a leftist collective hell hole ruled by an ever shrinking minority. If President Trump loses this election it will be a close loss and I have to wonder had there not been COCID 19 in which the Joe Biden campaign literally was able to get massive virtual support through television commercials, Silicon Valley censorship and suppression, media suppression of relevant news while in person meetings were limited if not outright banned by Democrat Governors in the battleground state would President Trump have won by a landslide? Would President Trump have clearly won once Democratic strongholds with ease? Again, with COVID 19 restrictions in place this election became a virtual election that played into the hands of Silicon Valley and their surrogates at the expense of freedom.

Death Cult

In the not too distant past, we learned and heard that ISIS or Daesh was a death cult. A label placed on this organization by our press and media. I have taken the time to look up and see if there is a formal definition of the term “death cult” and the most objective definition I was able to find is, “a fringe religious group that glorifies or is obsessed with death” courtesy of lexico.com. I think we can see why this descriptor was applied to Daesh as they spread their death and destruction across Syria and Iraq. They left nothing but death and destruction in their wake. I will submit that the German Nazi Party in the first half of the twentieth century, the Soviet Communist Party, the Maoist Chinese Communist Party and Cambodia’s Khmer Rouge could also be defined as a death cults. Though they would never consider themselves religious groups they based their power by preying on the fear of death in human beings. They not only threatened death but implemented and carried through with their threats. In the process they were responsible for the destruction of much of Europe and Asia which included tens of millions of deaths.

Yesterday morning as I woke up to the news of rioting and looting in Philadelphia ostensibly because of another police shooting of a black man the concept of death cult rummaged in my mind. These rioters and looters paid no mind to the fact that the black man shot was wielding a knife and coming at police officers. This and video footage showing the police officers actually backed away from the assailant in an effort to defuse the situation. Now we have yet another city run by Democrats in the throes of rioting and looting that will drain the life out of that city. I say this will drain the life out of the city because I can imagine very few of the businesses will want to reopen once the smoke clears, the glass is cleaned up, and the insurance claims are filed. Let us not forget that business is the life blood of communities, states, our country, and our way of life. I say business is the life blood because it is business that generates the wealth that funds and feeds our communities and even our governments. Business is the ultimate expression in freedom and innovation. Freedom because we have choices with who to do our business seeking out the best value for our money and innovation because the successful businesses will innovate to provide this value for the least amount of cost to the business owner. This so that they can number one pay for their expenses and number two profit from the sale of their product or products. These profits, in turn, are used to seek other services or goods supporting yet even more business. Like a healthy freshwater lake when water is flowing in and water is flowing out the water of the lake retains its vitality and is capable of supporting life.

Since I have started on the metaphor of lakes, I must point out that death occurs even in healthy lakes. Unfortunately, death is still a part of life especially in the material world that we live in. Eventually all biological beings expire and on top of that all biological processes generate waste. Even in the healthiest of mountain lakes biological processes continue and death occurs. What I will submit for the sake of my current argument, however, is the introduction of fresh water to the lake and subsequently the free flow of water from the lake allows waste products to easily flow out and at the same be replenished by and diluted by the fresh water flowing into the lake. All the while life continues and flourishes. However, in the unhealthy lake water typically does not flow out as freely or fresh water into the lake is completely shut off. When the water is not allowed to flow out the lake will eventually become brackish, swamp like, and otherwise much unhealthier for normal oxygen breathing creatures to survive. Likewise, when fresh water does not flow into the lake the lake will dry up and eventually die.

Likewise, from the bodies of ideas and politics, I believe, can be drawn comparisons to the examples of fresh water, brackish or dried up bodies of water. I will submit that the societies with the freshest of ideas continually replenishing the existing bodies of ideas lead to the healthiest societies and in parallel the freshest of political institutions are characterized by the free flowing of ideas in and out of the body politic of these societies. It is when the flow of ideas into the body politic is shut off or restricted that the body becomes brackish, polluted, suffocating, oppressive and unable to support healthy life. Or, in the extreme case, when the ideas are allowed to leave without any fresh ideas to replenishing the body politic the body politic has entered a death spiral that will inevitably lead to the body drying up completely leaving nothing behind but dried up brittle crusty sand.

Currently in our country we have huge out of control media conglomerates and internet behemoths who seem intent to shut out ideas counter to the opinions of the intellectuals and or ownership of these organizations. All the while, at least in the case of the internet behemoths, they enjoy the protections of law.  In the case of media, they seem intent to quash any news counter to the narrative the intellectuals who fuel their opinion. This while they claim to be objective purveyors of news. They have, in fact, almost seem to have doubled down on their claims and efforts to suppress and stymie the conservative message at every opportunity despite being called out and proven to be carrying out their seemingly nefarious actions. I will submit to my readers that because of this suppression we as a nation are precariously close to witnessing the death of the bastion of fresh thoughts, ideas, speech, and all other freedoms. We are precariously close to watching “the swamp” expand its poisonous life draining ideas and norms to the rest of the country.

Speaking of poison, I come back to the topic of the death cult. Let me remind you that the most objective definition that I found for the term death cult is, “a fringe religious group that glorifies or is obsessed with death”. I would submit that it appears with the suppression of opposing ideas in most of the media, the internet behemoths, the constant rioting and looting in democratically controlled riotous cities, and the obsession with Covid and their subsequent desire to shut down all business that the left is under the control of a death cult. No, they will never admit they are religions but as I have written about in the past, socialism is a religion. I say they are a religion because they expect blind servitude based on faith in the party or progressive ideals and have no proof to back up their claims of social utopia. So we have a very powerful group of people in this country who seem intent to usher in the death of the US Constitution and will use death and our fear of death in the guise of Covid 19 to bring death to our economy. Additionally, they use the death of black men to stage and support riotous looting behavior which in turn brings about the death of businesses which are the hallmark of lively prosperous communities. I see nothing positive or prosperous coming out of this except more death and destruction and this alarms me. This alarms me because I enjoy and give thanks for every day of life, the food that supports life, the means by which I have to support life, and for those in my life who I love. I also miss the freedoms to move freely in society without fear of retribution for not wearing a mask, attending live worship, sporting and music events, and all other manner of life sustaining group activities in which the free exchange of ideas, discourse, and social interaction occur. All the groundwork for the death cult to flourish even more seems be laid and the outcome cannot be good for any of us.

Once again it is time for some Twitter (for those with a litigious bent there is a trademark symbol just after the “r” in the previous word) like random musings from the mind of a quiet, unassuming, at least in my own opinion, person observing the ramblings, rumblings and revelations in the media. Additionally, it appears that Twitter would most likely censor what I have to say any way and Facebook certainly would censor what I have to say.

I have been quiet the past couple of weeks because I, quite frankly, need a break from all of the junk on the news coming from both sides. However, I just watched the Clint Eastwood story of Richard Jewell, the security guard initially accused of planting the bomb at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. Needless to say, the movie left me angry and reminded me and brought my mind back to current events. Specifically, what brought my attention back is how in the story and unholy alliance between and FBI agent and a member of the press unleashed a witch hunt on an innocent man. An innocent man who was smeared and whose family was put through a press fueled ringer. All this for a crime committed by a man who later plead guilty to the crime.

So, if this happened more than 24 years ago how am I to believe, in today’s world anything that the FBI or government bureaucrats say? How am I to be expected to believe anything that the media says? So, now we have the FBI who spied on citizen and President Trump based on trumped up (all pun intended) charges when they claim Russian interference is responsible for Hunter Biden’s computer being left at a computer repair shop? How am I to believe all the major press outlets print and digital with the exception of Fox News and the New York Post? How am I supposed to believe all who appear to be in an all-out blitz to prevent President Trump from being reelected?

Oh yes, has anyone else found it fascinating that COVID cases are on the rise within mere weeks of the election?

Governor Newsome is now recommending that Thanksgiving celebrations in California? I am shaking my head.

I also have been traveling and have in fact flow into and a little out of the swamp of Washington DC in the last week and perhaps this is why I can not longer avoid the news and have to write something. It seeps out of the television and where I am staying, I am seeing BLM t shirts and hats being worn by people openly. I have to admit that my first thoughts are to ask if the people wearing them understand that they are supporting a Marxist organization?

Also, I have been watching CSPAN 2 the last couple of mornings and have to admit that I am unsure what to say. On one morning being interviewed by Karen Tumotty of the Washington Post were the coauthors of a book called Presidents, Populism, and Crisis of Democracy: Terry Moe and William Howell. This morning a woman named Tara McGowen was one of the people being interviewed and each morning the named people were Progressive apologists and supporters of the Progressive movement. Again, I felt a visceral reaction as these people are quite eloquent and truly believe in what they are saying. To be honest this is what frightens me. This frightens me because I do not believe these intellectuals really give a rip about me nor do they understand the laws of physics. I think these people truly believe that because they say something it is true and if anyone disagrees with them, they will do whatever it takes to suppress opposing views. Perhaps, they are being paid by Facebook, Google, and or Amazon? This is a small example of the problem that exists in our institutes of higher learning. Their minds are made up and using circular logic they are professing to know what is best for me.

Good on the Justice Department for filing a suit against Google. I am still waiting to see how people who ran a coup against a duly elected President are going to pay for their crimes.

I think I may have a new byline for my home page, and it is going to be something like, “Eventually the laws of physics will trump the laws of man”. The question is when and in what form will the laws of physics push back and slap the laws of man in the face?

I cannot believe so much time has passed since my last post already. This especially considering all the events that have happened and so much that could be commented on. Then again perhaps it is because all the events going on that have prevented me from typing.

In my part of the world we have been sucking California’s smoke for literally the last month except for three days. Today is one of the relatively smoke free days and maybe that is a reason for me doing some typing.

Hmm, it seems that Senator John Thune is partners with Senator Lee in supporting and protecting big tech. Senator Thune why don’t you just confirm President Trump’s FCC nomination? I wonder how much they have paid you, your campaign, and or one or some of your constituents. Are you a RINO or just a greedy bastard?

And the cheat by mail fraud scandal continues on with Pennsylvania and Michigan being the latest characters to join in the plot.

I hear that the State of Nevada Governor (Steve Sisolak) is now withholding coronavirus relief funds from the county that hosted President Trump last weekend. What a petty little man.

Talk about another petty man and petty dictator the mayor of Nashville is another one. I just cannot help but wonder how many more of the petty men and women in positions of power are doing the same?

I finally got around to taking my NFL, MLB, and NBA teams off of my DVR list. The next things for me to do are to cancel my Netflix subscription and shutdown my Google accounts.

I wonder if Prince Harry knew what Meghan Markle was really about when he married her? I would think that Marxism flies in the face of all that his family stands for but then again, he did step back from his official duties.

My condolences to President Trump on the loss of his brother. It sucks and there is no better why to state it in my opinion. May he rest in peace.

Moving on I must believe that China is a testing and proving ground for the use of technology and its use in the suppression of a people. I see what the FANGS are doing to the conservative movement and it is obvious that they have perfected this suppression and their explanations for why they are doing it. Straight from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Playbook and perfected in China at the behest of the CCP.

Another place of rioting has erupted in Wisconsin. I will be the first to say that I have no idea what happened but unlike the Wisconsin I am not going to rush to judgement. Of course it is too late now for the helpless businesses, churches, and innocent citizens as the Wisconsin governor, a Democrat, has already let his genie out of the bottle so to speak and has further fanned to lawless rioting that is occurring. I ask the citizens behind the lines in Democrat controlled states and cities when are you going to wake up and realize that when you continually vote these people in there will be no meaningful change? At least with President Trump he has done something meaningful. No thanks to the RINO’s and entrenched Washington bureaucracy.

The Republican Convention is starting and I wonder if theirs will be any more exciting than the Democratic Convention. Please do not get me wrong as I have never watched a convention in its entirety because I would rather poke my eyes out. However, I do realize that these can be important places for party leadership to meet, candidates to socialize with party leadership and a cohesive plan to campaign can be worked out. What I wonder with all this COVID bull is if this will be possible this year? I wonder what is going to happen to the Republican Party since it appears the Bushites are continuing to their true party. The Progressive Party which if anyone could see they belonged to all along. Will the Neocons continue their defection to the Democratic Party also? Who will stay behind and try to sabotage President Trump’s reelection campaign as I am sure some will do? Will there be enough left behind or will President Trump’s organization continue to have what it takes to keep the White House? I certainly hope so for the sake of free markets and the US Constitution.
