Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in the media from behind the front lines of a purple state. I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format.

As if I need another reason not to support the Republican Party in the United States was needed over twenty Republican members of Congress held out on the nomination of Jim Jordan to be the Speaker of the House. It is obvious that the Republican Party is a house divided which really is in the united states of America’s favor, quite honestly, in my opinion. What is frightening is how unified the Democrat Communist Party of America is and how they have been able to co-opt elements of the Republican Party. If their aim is chaos and turmoil they are succeeding and they would make Leon Trotsky a happy man if, indeed, he was ever capable of being happy.

Like the Nazi regime in the Ukraine needs any more money it will be getting around 60% of the money in the Israel/Ukraine aid bill proposed by the neocons. Once again, all I can think is that there is a pending election and the international socialists need more money to fund their election rigging in the United States and elsewhere. It really must be important to allow many hundreds to be killed in Israel and to take the lid off Joe Biden’s basement to allow him or his avatar to go to Israel and Jordan.

I am breathing smoke, yet again, from fires in California only this time it is from “managed” burns to ostensibly remove undergrowth from forest floors. Once again, I am having to breath polluted air from one of the most corrupted and mismanaged states in the union. Once again, I must ask myself why were these forests not managed properly in the last twenty to thirty to fifty years so these “managed” burns would not be necessary in the aftermath of some of the worst fires in recorded history? Would it not make more sense to log and manage these forests and therefore provide productive jobs to thousands of men and women instead of polluting the air I breath yet again? Not only that, the wood logged could then be put to more productive use instead of importing lumber from foreign sources.

Speaking of lumber and the trees from which lumber comes from, the deciduous trees are well into their change of color and it is quite beautiful in my part of the world despite the smell and light haze from the smoke. The mornings are very cool, the afternoons mild and I can only imagine the first storm of the year will be here soon. I can only pray that the only storms looming on the horizon are only the storms of winter and not of man and the demons that possess men.

God bless America and all her citizens and residents, no matter whether they are enemies, not enemies or somewhere in between. Additionally, forgive me my trespasses as I forgive those who trespass against me.

I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format.

I am already hearing reports that Real Estate agents in Hawai’i are representing investors ready to purchase land in and around Lahaina on Mau’i, books are purportedly being written to blame the fires on climate change, the governor or Hawaii has announced the state of Hawaii should seize the land for housing, and the politicians in Hawaii and Washington D.C. are blaming the fire on climate change. You have got to be kidding me!!! They have not even finished recovering the dead let alone had services to say goodbye to the dead! Talk about inhuman, callous, reprehensible, self-serving, sociopaths. Number one you should be ashamed of yourselves and if incapable of being ashamed of yourselves you should be locked up because you are a clear and present danger to humanity.

I am looking forward to the Rugby World Cup and to see in the Springboks or South Africa can defend their title. Speaking of South Africa, I am very aware of a meeting that will take place next week between the BRICS nations. It will be very interesting to see what comes of it, no doubt.

Whoa! James Comer of Kentucky is demanding the documents from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is demanding the documents and communications in which the Vice President Biden, err Peters, err Ware among others be turned over. I wonder if it matters.

So, it appears, a US drone was taken out by a Russian fighter somewhere over the Black Sea and of course it gave Lindsey Graham yet another opportunity to pontificate why we should get in a shooting war with Russia. Senator Graham when was the last time you went to war and do you have any children? Because if you do they should be the first ones to enlist (no officer training for them) and be sent out on the front lines in Germany, Poland, Ukraine, or heck maybe even France or England wherever they might be in an infantry unit. Or they should be on a cruiser patrolling in the Black Sea, North Sea or the Mediterranean. I am sorry Neocons but after two decades of war created by you and your neophytes and the subsequent transfers of wealth and degradation of my standard of living I no longer believe a word that you utter. I do have to laugh, albeit a laugh tinged with irony and not without a bit of concern, that something apparently as low tech as spraying a drone with fuel could take a high dollar sophisticated drone down. I bet the multi trillion dollar defense industry and their supposed experts did not see this low tech option in their high dollar high tech decision making process.

I think the LGBQT (rstuv) movement is racist now and I am lodging a formal complaint to whoever will listen. They are racist against the Irish people and people of Irish descent and this thought finally crystallized in my mind this morning. First of all they co-opted the rainbow from which Irish lore has it that the Leprechauns or Little People (most likely pre-Milesean inhabitants of Hibernia) buried their gold underneath. Now, today I am reading that there are gay St. Patrick’s Day parades all over the socialist world, a world that seeks to destroy whatever culture it comes into contact with. I suppose now I will have a topic of conversation to bring up around the table filled with corned beef, soda bread, dark beer (no green for me), and a wee bit of whiskey from Ireland tonight. In other words, Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all who are for a day Irish.

Credit Suisse, yet another once venerable institution, appears to be on the ropes only this time it is not a US bank. The headline that I read mentioned that one of its main investors, the Saudi Crown bank (not its official name) refuses to bail it out because of the regulatory environment that owning more than 10% will bump them into. I cannot say that I blame them but I am sure there are reasons the rules were put into place.

Speaking of banks and US Federal Reserve and the guarantee of all depositors in Silicon Valley Bank. Can the corruption and bank scratching between Silicon Valley and the Washington D.C. elites be shown to be more obvious? Why make rules such as to guarantee deposits up to $250,000 if you are not going to hold the line? I know this and for that reason I have never deposited more than $250,000 into a bank account for any length of time, over a day, for that reason. Why is it that the average American is being asked to bail out, yet again, risky behavior of those who are either ill-informed, corrupt, quite frankly reckless gamblers or perhaps have malevolent intent? The powered elite and their acolytes are addicts that keep coming to us to support their habits and until we say no they will keep on coming back to the trough that keeps on feeding them.

It appears that there is generally a refusal to follow rules that were put in place in the halls of power in the United States and elsewhere. The US Military when forcing its members to take the experimental mRNA jab completely ignored its own rules around the use of experimental vaccines because, I suspect, the Flag and General Officers were more concerned about the size of their pensions than fielding a fighting force. Now it appears the Federal Reserve and the FDIC are ignoring their own rules regarding the guaranteeing of loans, Congress and the DOJ have ignored the US Constitution when prosecuting Americans who were in Washington D.C. on January 6, 2021, and the list goes on and on. What is the point of these rules if the powered elites will not follow them as well as the rest of the citizenry? I understand in England and in Sa’udi Arabia the rules do not apply to the monarchy and gilded elites because the rules are set up to protect them and their old world ways. However, in the United States, we are supposed to have left this old world way behind thanks the great luminaries and statesmen like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and others but it appears we as a country are getting drug back into the mud by old world mores and it makes me angry and sad.

I seem to be running late but I have been too busy trying to make a living and at the same time work through winter weather and as happens I become so focused on the immediate tasks at hand I do not have a whole lot of time to comment on the news media entertainment complex and what is being pushed, propagandized, and purified.

Is anyone else disgusted that two Americans were killed and two were kidnapped from the same group that had gone to Mexico for a medical procedure? First off why is there a need to go to Mexico in the first place for a medical procedure that I am sure was developed in the United States but for some reason is affordable in Mexico? Save that for another conversation. What makes me angry is that I do not believe anything will come of this because, evidently, the corrupting influence of the drug cartels has now reached so far into American society that even elements of the US Military’s Special Forces have been compromised by the cartels. Or are they working for the CIA who is working with the Cartels to push drugs on the American citizens to fund their own “off the book” black ops. Either way it is disgusting that I even must imagine this possibility but then again, even Lindsey Graham (Neocon in Chief) weighed in on this story.

A bank failure in Silicon Valley by a bank, ironically, bearing the same name. I can honestly say I do not remember, in my lifetime, a run and subsequent failure of a bank with the image of Frank Capra’s It’s a Wonderful Life flashing in my memory and all the townspeople panicking. I certainly hope that the bank is not bailed out as the FDIC should be able to provide deposit insurance for the people who had deposits in the bank. Especially, as it seems to be coming out in the media that the bank focused quite a bit on ESG type causes instead of ensuring their depositors were kept solvent.

Oh, the outrage, that Tucker Carlson showed a couple of minutes of video footage from the nearly 45,000 hours of video footage of the US Capitol Building on January 2, 2021!!! Oh, the outrage, as the MSM claims he pieced together selective footage to push a narrative!!! Oh, the outrage, spewing from the Fascist Left (yes that includes you Senator McConnell and the other RINOs). I sense a bit of projection in the wind but who am I to say? What I can say for certain is that I am surprised Speaker McCarthy even released these videos and my cynicism is running high. I understand the potential security implications inherent in doing this but it would be refreshing if multiple independent analysis could be undertaken of these videos because as we are seeing with the likes of Senator McConnell, the car salesman from Utah (Romney) and other Republicans they probably all have skeletons in their closets that they wish to remain hidden.

Perhaps some of my cynicism surrounding Speaker McCarthy has just been refreshed having to drive through his home state of California again. I must ask myself how can I trust someone from the state of California, on the national stage, when they did or have done nothing to either save or retake their home state from the Getty-Pelosi-Brown-Newsom Oligarchy?

I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format.

I watched the State of the Union Address put on by Joe Biden earlier in the week and was completely underwhelmed with all of the typical empty promises and empty platitudes. Yes it was essentially a campaign speech that pandered to his constituency. What impressed me is how amped up good ol’ Uncle Joe was. I have never seen his eyes so focused and set. Was it me or did his eyes seem a bit more recessed than usual and his brows permanently screwed tight? He certainly had practiced his speech even rising his voice at least twice in an almost dictatorial manner. I wonder if he watched some Adolf Hitler speeches in his preparation because there certainly were eerily some similarities.

It certainly seems colder in my part of the world this winter and from what I read it seems that way in other parts of the world as well. I am hearing second hand accounts of colder that usual summers in the Southern Hemisphere and cannot help but wonder about global warming and climate change. I will agree that there has been some climate change in the last year but is it because of the extra trip I took to the grocery store this week using my internal combustion engine driven vehicle? Something tells me that the likelihood of it being a result of the ejection of dust particles up 180,000 feet into the atmosphere by the Hua Tonga Tonga volcano nearly thirteen months ago (January 2022) may have had something to do with this change.

I am amazed that the price of natural gas and oil has plunged in the recent weeks. What is up with that? There are no elections looming on the immediate horizon despite the election industry already trying to ramp up its hype. The war in the Ukraine continues to grind on and despite the Chinese being allowed to send a surveillance balloon all the way across North America there appears to be no ramp up in tensions between the Chinese and the corrupt ruling elites who are in bed with the Chinese in the United States. What else could be happening here? Could there be a decline in demand for oil and gas coming from the industrial sector of the economy? Geez, this has me puzzled.

I must decide if I want to spend the money to continue this blog. This blog that is read by few and far between and lately half of them are in mainland China. Evidently, I am circling somewhere over the target, at least relative to my ramblings concerning China and the Chinese Communist Party, otherwise, why would they be watching me? Yes, I assume in is the government of China that is watching me with no proof because I firmly believe that there is nothing that happens in China without the explicit or implicit approval of the government.

I learned that the net worth of Jerome Powell in the two years that he has been chairman of the US Federal Reserve has seen his net worth grow from $20 million to over $60 million. This while my net worth and standard of living has shrunk during this same time period. How is it that a man who creates no value whatsoever but merely oversees an organization that essentially is devaluing the value of currency more than triples his net worth? Does anyone else see something fundamentally wrong with this?

Speaking of rich people, smoke and mirrors, and hypocrisy. It seems that the number of private jets flying into Davos has skyrocketed for the meeting of the worlds uber elite. This and they are requesting pilots who have not participated in the mRNA injection experiment and will be serving beef at the meetings and restaurants surrounding the meeting areas. Why do we collectively give our freedoms and power over to these self-aggrandizing, selfish hypocrites who do not give a rip about our standards of living?

I read yet another Associated Press (AP) report and this report is on the storms that keep rolling into the US west coast. As per script the article details some of the trials and tribulations of Californian’s this winter to include flooding, heavy mountain snows, and the Los Angeles River, among other coastal California rivers running unabated into the Ocean. As per script the article had the obligatory sentence blaming this all on climate change. As per script I rolled my eyes how fires, drought, flooding, winter storms are all due to climate change. Well, duh, the climate did change when the Hua Tonga Tonga Volcano ejected water vapor and ash to the outer reaches of Earth’s atmosphere last January only mankind had nothing to do with it.

It seems the drums of war keep beating without any change in their tempo. Now the US and NATO are sending tanks, more money, and whatever else to the Ukrainian NAZI fascist. This while natural gas prices rise in the US because ours is being shipped to Europe. This because a war was started by the west and Russia shut off Europe’s natural gas and the west sabotaged another pipeline from Russia. It seems that Fascism is alive and well in the West, a portion of the world that ostensibly destroyed fascism in World War II.

Speaking of fascism, Davos, and their intersection apparently the Chairmen of Siemens, the huge multinational conglomerate that even includes the once venerable Westinghouse, a company of US origins, apparently feels that a billion people need to stop eating meat. OK, so what he is saying is that he needs a billion undernourished servants who will not have the energy to question that he and others like him dictate. I am supposed to believe a man who is chairman of the board of yet another company that flourished underneath the fascist German Nazi’s is altruistic and has my best interests in mind when he spews his venomous, inciting, and condescending drivel?

Now Green Berets are being arrested for trafficking illicit drugs from Central and South America. Add them to the inglorious list that includes Navy SEALS. It seems that the collapse of the United States is nigh now that our elite warrior class has also been corrupted.

Personally, I know that I need to step up my spiritual practice because the institutions that I once held in high regard are no more. Perhaps it was a mistake in the first place to hold these institutions in high regard because as Moses said, “We must hold no false idols before God”. Perhaps I did not hold my God in high enough regard and so now I must step up my practice. This because mankind’s leadership is certainly failing and appears to be on the road to mass destruction.

Nancy Pelosi will not seek a leadership position in the new Congress. Wow, she actually kept her word. I wonder if it had something to do with the attack on her husband, her health, something else and or all the preceding? It will be interesting to see who wins the Democrat Party infighting to elect the next Speaker of the House. Will it be the Communists, Socialist, Fascist or just corrupt without any political ideology wing of the party?

Oh no! FTX has failed and with it $32 billion has disappeared!!! Disappeared into Democratic Party candidate coffers, disappeared into Bahamian real estate, disappeared into mysterious bank accounts, and since much of the value was speculative anyway it just vanished. It seems we live in a world where counter party risk seems increasingly, ahem, risky. Personally, I am going to sit back and watch the show on this one because its entertainment value seems to be increasing daily.

President Trump has announced his candidacy for another term of office. Although ostensibly I hope he wins I have my reservations. For instance, when will the irritating texts, emails, and phone calls start asking for money? This is when the RNC machine has not stopped asking me for donations for Hershel Walker’s campaign to finish out the most recent banana republic election that the RINO’s ensured will keep the establishment in power. Additionally, it will be an uphill battle for President Trump, no doubt, considering all the forces arrayed against him. After all, a worldwide pandemic was engineered to ensure he was not reelected in 2020. I say this because of all the mail in ballot laws passed which are patently corrupt during the plandemic, all churches and public gatherings were shut down in the name of public safety with Democratic states being the most militant in doing so, and President Trump could not have his rally’s, his strength, in the numbers he did the first time. I also have my reservations about President Trumps handling of the plandemic and his support for the experimental mRNA inoculations.

It certainly seems that Ron DeSantis has some favor with the establishment because he is being allowed to govern Florida as he sees fit and won his reelection easily which is a good thing, no doubt. However, as I was reminded by one of my favorite pod casters yesterday let us wait and see who the people are that surround him. If fact, isn’t that true of everyone? Trump surrounded himself with people who were part of the problem, no doubt.

Speaking of which, the results of this past election were not Trumps fault but rather, I would submit, it is the fault of the CCP/Globalist Controlled Uni Party. It is the fault of Mitch McConnell who has sold his party and country out to maintain power for what I am not sure. His not providing funding to Don Bolduc, Adam Laxalt, Blake Masters, and Kelly Tshibaka reeks of his willingness to ignore much of the populace of the United States, especially in those states they were running, and the Trump wing of the Republican because they would not take a knee to him. I commend these candidates despite their losses because unlike an inflexible loser who will destroy his party, stunt his party from changing to face the future, who appears willing to sell his country, and who is incapable of seeing the future in the name of maintaining his grip on power, these candidates have taken a stand. They have taken a stand for more than greed and going along to get along which is a course that has cost this country dearly and will continue until Mitch McConnell and those like him which include but are not limited to Nancy Pelosi, Mitt Romney, the Cheney’s, the Bushes, the Clinton’s, the Obama’s and the rest of the greedy power hungry group of globalists have been put out to pasture for good.

It certainly is interesting to read the news of celebrities and politicians reacting to the Musk takeover of Twitter. They are attacking Mr. Musk with the same fervor that they attacked Donald Trump and it is coming from the same quarter of society and the world. For instance, Kathy Griffin and German Socialists and others.

Before the election, the election office of Kari Lake was targeted by someone emailing suspicious envelopes with white powder and General Don Bolduc was physically assaulted and nary a peep in the mainstream media. Who really are the purveyors of violence in spreading fear? Maybe the answer is located somewhere in Chicago or someone who called Chicago home in their past.

So, George Soros’ Open Society Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and several Silicon Valley Tech Giants are funding an organization called Internews that claims to support “independent media.” In Hungary they are calling the branch of Internews “position media” and to me this provides further proof of the alliance between big tech, the US foreign intelligence apparatus and George Soros. Does anyone else ever wonder how Big Tech got so big so fast in a free market? To me, they had to have help and perhaps this is a chit being called in?

Liz Truss is out and Jeremy Hunt, globalist extraordinaire, is back in the mix along with BoJo in Britain. What else could possibly happen in the topsy turvy world of British politics? Quite honestly, why do I give a twitters tweet?

The average family has lost the equivalent of $6,000 dollars this past year due to the ravages of inflation. Everyone wants to blame Joe Biden which he should be blamed but he is not the only one who should be blamed. How about all the other members of Congress on both sides of the aisle who passed the ridiculous spending packages in the name of COVID relief.

New Zealand is canceling Shakespeare? What? Huh?

President Biden was just telling us all how to get student loan forgiveness. I wonder if I would be able to file a claim for the loans that I paid off more than twenty years ago? The loans that I paid off ahead of time because I can do math and realize the amount of money that I saved by paying these loans off early. Oh, let us not forget the sacrifice in lifestyle that I committed to pay these loans off early.

Mike Lee the Senator from Utah is outing Mitt Romney, Utah’s other Senator, because Mitt Romney will not endorse him in Mike Lee’s reelection. Yet again Mitt Romney’s true colors are on full display and they are blue, not red.

So, a juvenile kills 5 with a shotgun and President Biden calls for an assault weapons ban yet again. Last time I checked, a shotgun is not an assault weapon and the kid had a weapon he was not supposed to have. So, I am now supposed to believe that criminals will still not be able to get weapons if the weapons are illegal to have? Get real.

President Biden extended the COVID Emergency declaration another 90 days? What? Huh? Why did he need to extend it? What sorts of dictatorial power do his handlers not want to give up? As if to follow in lockstep the Governors of California and Illinois have done the same thing for their respective states. In the same news segment that I saw the coverage I saw coverage of the Chinese Communist Party Congress. I found it interesting that the Politburo, sitting up on the dais, did not have to wear masks yet everyone else in the room had to wear masks. Hmm, the optics are not good on this for the Governors of California and Illinois but, then again, perhaps they are just how these two governors lean? Perhaps they are in all actuality being controlled in some way by the Chinese Communist Party? I bet if the two governors attended the Chinese Communist Party Congress they would be required to wear masks.

I found it interesting that Secretary of State Blinken has met with Condoleezza Rice in California at the University of Stanford. A socialist is now meeting with a neocon in an East Coast elite stronghold on the West Coast. Whatever were they cooking up?

I am still waiting for the Secret Service to investigate Nancy Pelosi for threatening a sitting President with bodily harm. Wait, is what is good for me not good for thee?

I am still grappling with the notion that someone of General Michael Keane’s’ stature and experience would want to give nuclear technology to the House of Sa’ud? Is it as a sort of balance against Israel and potentially Iran? If so, how does this help the situation for maintaining peace? Something just is not sitting right as I read about NATO and the US conducting regularly planned strategic bomber exercises in Europe. Is it not hard enough keeping the existing nuclear powers on the right side of war let alone allowing more into the nuclear club, so to speak?

Random Musings on Current Events 7.15.22

Ukrainian President Zelensky claims Russia fired deliberately, purposefully at ordinary houses. Ok, this is war and atrocities happen undoubtedly. However, I do not know the full story. Perhaps the “ordinary house” was being used to shoot at Russian troops? Perhaps, it really was not really an ordinary house. President Zelensky, you messed up when you listened to your CIA handlers and allowed a war to happen between you and your next door neighbor who happens to be a big brother that you do not get along with. If you expect the United States to be able to support you just ask Poland what happened to them when England promised to support them before WWII.

Netherlands farmer’s revolt over what I have heard are nitrogen emissions or pollution or something else about nitrogen. This, to me, does not make sense considering crops require nitrogen to grow and our atmosphere comprises something in the neighborhood of 89% nitrogen. What really is at play here? Who is behind these “environmental” regulations and what is their real end game? Something is a foot here and it seems anti life and as if someone or something is trying to really disrupt the world’s food sources. I cannot help but think about how Stalin starved the Ukrainians and how the English starved the Irish. It would not be the first time food has been used as a weapon for certain.

I read that the price of gold and silver are falling because the price of the dollar is strengthening. This because there is “…flight from the Euro and Yen to the dollar”. So let me think about this for a New York second. People are dropping fiat currencies and fleeing to another fiat currency because that particular fiat currency is the world reserve currency because Saudi Arabia has, up to this point, only traded its oil in this particular fiat currency. Saudi Arabia’s crown prince has stated that Saudi Arabia should be willing to trade its oil in other currencies to “balance” the world’s economic powers or something to that affect. Uh oh, how long will the paper gold and silver traders be able to keep their charade up? It is becoming apparent to me that, perhaps, the gold and silver trader’s paper could be fiat at this point as well.

China has an increase in COVID outbreaks leading to shutdowns at the same time banks are beginning to fail in China. Is this coincidental or are they related? Call me cynical but I would not be the least bit surprised that a power hungry elite controlling the largest population on earth would use a virus to imprison their people as the specter of bank failures and increasing riots loom. If they had free and fair elections, I would think that they might even use a virus to rig the elections but I am not the least bit cynical.

Interesting that Canada is allowing Russia’s Siemens repaired turbine be returned to Russia. A turbine that Russia owns by the way. I guess Canada blinked because of the threat of Europe freezing this winter. I wonder how many people realize that Siemens Canada was once a Westinghouse facility, an American company, that built turbines?

NPR Tweets about Shinzo Abe’s death and called him an ultra-nationalist. This while President Obama, woops, I mean President Biden used his death as a platform to call for gun control. These people have no respect for life or death.

I learned a new term this week and it is called Dragflation and it means inflation rises while an economy declines. It seems some are predicting just this for the US and other post COVID economies around the world.

Random Musings on Current Events 6.17.22

Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in the media. Additionally, I know, and it has been proven, that Twitter and Facebook would censor what I have to say so I will say what I feel the need to say in this medium. However, with Elon Musk purchasing Twitter perhaps I will have to take Twitter out of my introduction but not just yet. Time will tell I and for that reason I will not remove Twitter just yet from my Random Musings On Current Events introductory paragraph.

I was remembering an incident in my childhood the other day and it was of my playing a game called Blitzkrieg with a friend at his house after school. Blitzkrieg is a board game in which odds are placed on different pieces depending upon what the piece represents (for example armored division, infantry division, etc.), dice need to be rolled to determine battle outcomes, and the objective, like the name of the game implies, is to use tanks and infantry to overtake your opponent’s territory. Needless to say, one could spend a fair amount of time just reading the instructions to learn the intricacies of ensuring the dice are rolled right to ensure the alignment of odds remained objective and as realistic as possible. Well, my friend, who did not remain my friend for too much longer, did not want me to read the instructions. We would play for a while using the rules as he explained them until I began to get the upper hand and then would “remember” or read another subtly in the rules that gave him the advantage. This went on for a little while until I had to go home for dinner or something like that. I later asked for and got the same game for Christmas and learned that he had changed several rules to his advantage and that playing the game, according to the rules, was much different and it is something that I have never forgotten. Later this same kid grew up, went to work for former Senate Leader Harry Reid in Washington D.C. and has permanently settled in the greater Washington DC area working for or as a lobbyist. It seems like the perfect place for an individual who does not want others to know the rules and who arbitrarily changes the rules to their advantage with no regard for me but in fact to ensure the rules are changed contrary to my benefit.

The S&P 500 is officially in bear market territory, the CPI is at 8.6%, crypto currencies are in the midst of a huge sell off, there has evidently been a run on banks in rural China and all I can do is yawn. So what? Gasoline is now over $6 per gallon and unlike Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and others in New York and San Francisco, I do not have public transportation available to me. I must fill my vehicle up to participate in the economy. This means less money to spend on other items and less time to listen and watch media drivel because I am having to work more and work harder to make dollars stretch just to make ends meet.

I heard someone talking about how this is the worst inflation since 1981 and I had to yawn yet again. This inflation may be much worse than 1981 because the basket of goods used to determine the CPI has changed since 1981. However, after a cursory look at the Bureau of Labor Statistics it is difficult to determine what specifically is in each basket of goods. Additionally, there is the CPI, the core CPI and the core core CPI to further cloud my research. Looking at a summary of changes page on the website it states what categories of the CPI were changed over the years but it provides no specifics. In my line of work, I want and must have specifics, but I do not have the time to dig any deeper into the CPI calculations currently. When something is this difficult to tease out, I must wonder if they are hiding something? For instance, I have heard, that in 1981 the basket of goods used to determine the widely reported CPI included food and gasoline which it does not now. I this is true I know the price of gasoline has doubled in the last year. Using real simple math, not the fancy equations that economists are so fond of that further refine numbers, there has been a 100% increase in gasoline price this past year and food has gone up at least 25% in this past year. Applying these numbers, I would have to say the inflation rate must be near 20% if food and fuel were included in the CPI. If food and fuel were used in the basket of goods in 1981, I then must ask myself, “Why are food and fuel not used in the CPI’s basket of goods today? Why hasn’t the Federal Reserve jacked up interest rates in the same manner that Paul Volcker did in 1981? Why are the rules not being told to me and why are they selectively being changed and why has everyone fallen for the fraudulent Keynesian Economic theory?” So, I have concluded that the currency is being debased to pay for debt and because the US Dollar is the world’s reserve currency the globalists in the US have been able to get away with it. Additionally, I think the numbers are being manipulated to make it appear not as bad as it really is for the propagandist in the press to disseminate.

It is election season and advertisements are being mailed to me and commercials are running nonstop on television when I get a minute to watch my favorite baseball team’s game. What amazes me is what is printed or said in these advertisements is nothing substantial and or substantive. I know this has been going on for a long time but, for some reason, I feel like typing about this now. It just tells me how corrupt the election process is that it does not matter what a candidate stands for but how much money they must essentially hypnotize enough people into voting for them. The latest nonsense I read in the media involves one of the Republican’s more viable threats to the Nancy Pelosi machine backed Governor of my state. This news conveniently came out on the day of my state’s primary election. The nonsense involves a story published in the Democrat controlled media propagandists that the candidate made an election related phone call or phone calls using the office phone while at work in his previously elected position. OK, this is probably not the best thing nor an ethical thing for him to have done and he should be fined or whatever but in the big picture, really? Who cares? This allegation comes midst rumors of Nancy Pelosi’s (or perhaps Harry Reid’s) Democrat machine secretly funding of a fringe Trump supporting group that mysteriously formed out of nowhere that advertised against this Republican challenger to Grandma Nancy’s man in which the candidate was portrayed as not “Make America Great” enough. This would not surprise me considering the Harry Reid machine did just the same to get himself re-elected many years ago causing a Republican Candidate to win a Senatorial Primary knowing that the candidate could never win the general election. Additionally, the current Governor signed an election reform bill allowing mail in ballots on a Sunday evening during the pandemic passed by a Legislature late on the preceding Friday night that did not meet in person. Hmm, I ask myself, what should I believe and who is calling who unethical?

A storm raked where I live this past weekend with winds in excess of fifty miles per hour. Tree limbs fell and not a word in the press. If something like this happened in the eastern United States there would be at least a day or two of headlines and an emergency declaration made with at least a hundred million dollars pledged to affected state or states. Of course, this happens all the time here and we know and accept this is something that has to be dealt with several times a year and we survive without the government’s help. Why is it that other parts of the country cannot accept and deal with their own problems without going to the federal government for help?

Speaking of which, installed President Biden visited New Mexico to address the Federal Government started wildfires that are raging across New Mexico. I drove through this part of the country mere months ago and it was gorgeous but tinder dry. What mental giants conceived of starting a controlled burn in this area knowing a storm was coming? Oh, wait a minute, they are probably related to the same mental giants in the area near where I live that had a controlled burn several years ago and decided not to post fire watches when a storm was approaching. That fire erupted into an inferno that destroyed multiple homes, threatened mine along with the whole neighborhood, but fortunately was extinguished by the rain that eventually arrived in the storm after nearly twelve hours of dry winds. Evidently the New Mexican mental giants are less mentally gifted than their relatives in my neck of the woods because they chose the spring to start their fires when the likelihood of moisture in the storm is far less than in the fall as was the case in the fire near my home. What also amazes me is there is so much weather information out there to see what sort of weather might be coming in. How can mistakes like these be made? How are people in these agency’s being vetted for positions of responsibility and authority? Evidently, it has nothing to do with competence because these types of mistakes are unacceptable and not only should the people making these bad decisions be fired but so should the people who gave these people the authority to make these sorts of decisions. It does not take a rocket scientist to read and understand a weather forecast. Although now that I made this comment the National Weather Service will have the attention of the left wing lunatics focused their way so that only politically connected can be promoted if it has not already begun. It seems the cancer of forest neglect and mismanagement has now metastasized well beyond the borders of California.
