Random Musings on Current Events 5.16.2025

Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in the media from behind the front lines of a purple state. I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

It has been two weeks since I have posted any of my rumblings, rambling, rants, and musings because, quite honestly, I have been too busy and deep into projects. Projects that have demanded my full focus, including the not paying attention of too many so called current events being pushed in the media. Not only that I have barely had time to listen to my favorite podcasts for the same reason. I will say also that I do not normally comment on the podcasts that I listen to because they are much more focused, in depth, and certainly too cutting edge to merely ramble about. I will also not be posting next week because I will be finishing up a project started last fall that will require my full attention.

It appears Jake Tapper and his crowd are ready to throw Senator Fetterman under the bus because of his “cognitive decline” or whatever they are calling it this week. This, despite what I understand, has been Senator Fetterman’s very good recovery from his stroke during the weeks leading up to his election. Of course Jake Tapper’s recently written book about Joe Biden’s decline is the works of a self-serving former sycophant of Joe Biden who claims not to have known about the former president’s mental state when it was obvious to even the most casual observer. Personally, and I have to agree with the gentleman’s post that I read alerting me to this, I think Senator Fetterman’s cognitive decline as detailed by the legacy MSM media is that Senator Fetterman is a free thinking man who comes to his own conclusions and is guilty of not keeping to the left wing ideological Democrat party line. 

I now have had two people tell me about former FBI Director James Comey’s text, tweet, or whatever it was, posting of the code 86-47 which in this case could mean murder. You have got to be kidding me that a former head of what is advertised as the nation’s preeminent law enforcement agency did not know what this meant? I do understand that to be 86’ed can also mean banned from entering a premise so there is some wiggle room. However, in my mind, if he did not know then it explains the utter incompetence of the FBI and how politicized it has become at the expense of true law enforcement or it publicly shows the level or arrogance James Comey has for me and the rest of the average everyday American. Perhaps, it just provides evidence of both. Regardless, I certainly hope the Secret Service is investigating this and that any violation of law is referred to the Depart of Justice. Also, if referred that now civilian Mr. Comey is treated no differently than any other American who faces the charges. I am tired of the two tiered justice system and, if guilty, no one should be treated differently than anyone else, especially if they once held a high position in the District of Columbia.

I am not even going to comment on President Trump’s trip to the UAE other than to say I am going to need to take some time to catch up. As I said I have been busy and it seems that, as is typical with President Trump, there was a lot going on that was made public. Who knows what was happening behind the scenes?

I have to admit that I have been uncomfortable with Senator Lee in the past, especially with his support of big tech and their locating of major data centers to Utah. However, I have been quite impressed with the Senator’s support of the Trump agenda, in general. I get that no one is going to agree with me on every issue but what I respect is someone who stands for something and, though the verdict is still out on Senator Lee in my mind, he certainly is gaining points along with Senator Fetterman.

Is anyone else watching professional sports? I for one am not watching any professional baseball this year along with any of the Nike Basketball Association playoffs. I have to admit that I am not missing any of it. I am not missing any of the never ending commercials punctuated by some competition. I certainly do not miss a competition between millionaires who are being protected and who push the brands that they represent.

Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in the media from behind the front lines of a purple state. I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

It has been quite some time since I have expressed any of my rambling, rants, and revelations I thought it was high time that I did so. Especially now that the two former Democrats have been confirmed to their respective cabinet positions in DJT’s new administration. It appears that there is only one controversial cabinet pick, Kash Patel, left to be confirmed.

Speaking of President Trump and nominations I wish he and his staff well and will certainly be sending them prayers in the coming weeks months and years.

I have been gleeful, amused, and disappointed at the reactions of the deep state and their supporters the past couple of weeks since DJT took over as the President. Gleeful to see the speed, organization, and force of action that his administration has struck Washington and the entrenched elites with. I is like a breath of fresh air and amusing to watch how ill-prepared and how disorganized the Democrats and official Washington have been. Having worked and done business in the private sector where one’s livelihood is not guaranteed it is good to see the same for official Washington DC. On the same hand it is disappointing to see just how corrupted, lazy, and incompetent official Washington has become. I always knew in my gut that it was rotten but has Elon Musk has pointed out in many cases there is no apple left but rather just a ball of worms.

Quite honestly, I have been following the news much more regularly since DJT took office because events are moving much faster. One time I took a couple of days off for business reasons and when I checked back in, I was surprised how much new news there was. Therefore, I am not really sure where to start with my observations outside of what I said above, at least publicly. 

I will say that I have had my misgivings about Elon Musk in the past and I will keep a sort of metaphorical distance from him. Primarily my misgivings center around him pushing for tax incentives in states that he has figuratively set up shop in. Although, I am fully aware that perhaps there should not be taxes in the first place and what bothers me is why does he get the tax breaks while I and others like me do not. Is that jealousy or is it justified? I am not sure at this point and perhaps I would just like to see these breaks apply across the board.

Now that that is out of the way I am very impressed with what DOGE is doing. Its legal standing is sound and I really am impressed with the tools that DOGE is bringing to bear upon the bloated bureaucracy. It is beautiful and I can only hope and suggest that the results be made public as much as possible. Sunshine is a great anti septic and we all know how moldy, dank and dirty swamps get because of the lack of sunlight. Please let the sunshine in and do not keep the new found knowledge secret for the gain of a few.

Lastly, I must admit that I have some anxiety because I am not sure when or how the deep state will strike back. Time will tell but I have no doubt that the deep state is not out for the count and they will not go down without a fight. The question is how and when will they regroup and mount some sort of counter offensive. There is no doubt that they are currently back on their heels and their counter responses have been mostly feeble at best. I can only hope the Trump administration will keep the pressure on and press their advantage as much as possible within the original and traditional constraints of the US Constitution which, quite honestly, allows for quite a bit of latitude. For instance, retaking executive authority over corrupt executive agencies, like USAID, etc.

I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

For some reason I have the song “California Dreamin’” by the Mamas & Papas in my mind but quite honestly what I have floating around in my mind is more like “California Nighmaring”. My nightmares start with the OpenAI whistle blower being found dead in San Francisco. Upon learning of this all I can think is that OpenAI’s meteoric rise must be due to a government agency’s influence (i.e. CIA, FBI). To me the evidence is in that a whistle blower has been suicided. I wonder how many unexplained deaths and suicides occurred when Google, Facebook and Amazon were in their ascendancy that we did not know about because the internet was still in its infancy.

Speaking of some more California Nightmaring it appears that California’s Governor Newsom is declaring an emergency over bird flu at the same time I hear reports of more bird flu around the country. Does anyone else see a pattern late in the year eerily similar to late 2020? I have to wonder if Governor Newsom made his decision from the French Laundry restaurant in Napa Valley? I also have to wonder what the state of California’s budget is because I wonder if he is angling form some more Federal pork? Perhaps there was a bailout of some sort or another that Nancy Pelosi snuck into the failed continuing resolution? Perhaps, there is a line item in the money being allocated for disaster relief for California’s disaster known as its state government and ruling elite. 

Mitch McConnell threw the polio card out against his support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s confirmation.  Geez Senator McConnell, were you too busy crafting up the pork laden continuing resolution over cigars and bourbon with Reps. Jeffries and Johnson and Senator Schumer to dream up something original to attack RFK Jr. with? Maybe you should ask the pharmaceutical lobbyist, CCP agents or whomever paid your campaign and is employing you to at least draft up something original to attack him with. It is obvious they are more important to you than the American people after all waiting to the end of the year to attempt to push this CR laden with pork through. Here is an idea, why don’t your four stay in Washington through the Holidays working on this CR in a manner that suits the majority of the American people, let the rank and file off, and wait until they come back to vote on this. Or better yet, why don’t you step aside, a little early in Senator McConnell’s case, and let some adults who value other American’s time and resources do the job you four have so miserably failed at.

Eliminate Daylight Savings Time once and for all! I really do not see any good reason to have it and the argument that farmers have for having more daylight at the end of the day is bull pucky. Farm animals rise with the sun no matter what time it shows on a clock and yes, they roost, go to bed, or whatever animals do when the sun goes down. That is unless they are nocturnal and opposite occurs at sunrise and sunset. If someone has problems with not enough daylight at the end of the day start your day an hour earlier in the summer. If anyone who has had to work outside knows a lot of trade people start their days earlier in the summer to avoid the midday heat. In other words, get up earlier and quit your whining.

Wow, the Syrian regime sure fell quickly over the past couple of weeks. There have been so many times in the past that I thought the Assad regime would fall I kind of figured the same would happen again. From my view point I can only attribute the fall this time due to it coming on the heels of Israel’s incursion into southern Lebanon and the election of Donald Trump.

Speaking of Donald Trump I have to say again that it already seems that he is representing the united states of America on the foreign stage. This past weekend it seemed like he was already the President as he sat at the re-opening of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. In fact, even the archbishop of Paris came over to shake DJT’s hand. Where in the world is Joe Biden and Kamala Harris?

I think it is time Major General Randy Manner to retire or be retired. I have to believe after hearing his comments with Senator Kennedy that he is the fascist and not the MAGA people that you believe are fascist. General you need some perspective and should quit living off the federal teat. If I were the Commander in Chief, I would not trust you for one second to carry out the orders that I have given.  General you are an example of the rot that exists in the Pentagon and have no business leading war fighters.

What is up with the drone swarms and why is the Biden administration ducking and dodging much the same way they ducked and dodged the Chinese surveillance balloon that floated its way all across the united states? There is something not adding up here and it is this sort of bull that I hope the DJT administration can clear up. It is obvious the military and administration are covering something up and just saying we have no idea what these are is ridiculous. Last I checked the military’s number one mission is to protect the homeland, full stop, end of story. The military’s number one mission is not in the Ukraine nor Israel or wherever else it might find itself supporting the CIA and other dark agencies money laundering schemes. Time to get real and I hope it happens with DJT’s administration coming in to office.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation had over two dozen confidential informants evidently at the capitol on January 6, 20201. Wow! Shocker there and so now I must ask the question that if this is the number they are willing to declassify how many were really there and what is the number for agents that were there that they are unwilling to declassify? Is it a coincidence that Christopher Wray resigned the day before this report was released? How come we still know nothing of substance regarding the Butler, PA assassination attempt of DJT? Didn’t the FBI take the lead in that investigation. Why do we even pay for the FBI an organization that has become so politicized that it is frightening. Terms like Stasi and FSB come to mind.

It seems that Britain is going to make puberty blockers to under 18 year old people illegal. Now it is time for the same to happen in the united states of America. For goodness’ sake, it is illegal to sell alcohol to those under 21 in most if not all states yet they can get puberty blockers? I get there could be a valid medical reason but I would hazard to guess that most of those receiving them now are not a matter of life and death but rather a vector for big Pharma to push business in support of twisted social ideas.

I had to laugh when I read that Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown came out and discussed how San Francisco and the rest of California has, “…gone beyond the original parameters of the sanctuary state law he signed…”. Well geez Governor Brown do you think so? Do you think the social democrats that usurped, stole, and took power in California may have gone overboard in some other areas as well?

A Boston, Massachusetts high school dean was arrested on drug trafficking recently in the heart of where the corrupt pedophile priest scandal broke decades ago. There certainly is some rot in that city and that I would imagine John Adams is rolling over in his grave yet again. Yet another disaster riddled big city that has been run by Democrats for generations.

Finally, on the eve of the annual Army-Navy football game it seems that someone at West Point tried to smear Pete Hegseth saying that he did not receive an appointment to West Point. Of course, which is a point in Mr. Hegseth’s favor, he was able to produce his appointment letter. Yet another example of the fear that the military elite have of DJT and what he might do and who he might appoint. It is obvious a general at the academy tried to smear Mr. Hegseth because there is no way the announcement would have been made without their consent. What’s more it just further goes to show their arrogance and at worst case their incompetence.

I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

I read an article of the Associated Press’ 100 Photos of 2024 and in it a larger percentage of photos of the Gaza war and of climate issues around the world. Not one photo of the damage to Florida or North Carolina from the devastating hurricanes in 2024. If there is any question about the AP being a globalist company pushing a narrative all an American has to do is look at this to add another piece of evidence supporting the nature of the AP.

Speaking of a globalist company I read somewhere that the National Broadcasting Company’s news desk dropped another story on Pete Hegseth that was not flattering or supportive of his nomination to become the next US Secretary of Defense. I have to admit that I was sitting on the fence regarding his nomination up to learning of this story. If NBC News is reporting that Pete Hegseth has problems by reporting on something that may or may not have happened years ago in the spirit of Bret Kavanaugh then I have to support Pete Hegseth.

Yesterday I was flabbergasted at the behavior of the head of the United States Secret Service towards a sitting member of congress. That man should be relieved of all duties right now, end of story, do not pass go just for his improper demeanor and lack of respect for the elected civilian leadership in this country just on its own merits let alone the slow roll, lack of transparency and piss poor performance regarding the protection of Donald Trump in the election. To me, this conversation was an exemplification of the arrogance of the bureaucratic elites in Washington D.C. towards the people of this country.  Ronald Rowe Jr., you were completely out of line and appear to be incompetent and should now be out of a job.

Back to North Carolina and Florida, why did Joe Biden promise $1 billion to Angola while there are people still having to live in tents in North Carolina? Something is wrong here.

So, Hunter Biden has a blanket pardon for a number of years thanks to daddy. I wonder how long it will take Hunter to screw up after daddy is out of office? Perhaps we should form an office pool of sorts picking the month and year that it will happen. I would expect it will be between one and two years and this next time daddy will not be there to bail him out which will be interesting for Hunter.

The American Federation of Government Employees worked out an agreement with Social Security Administration workers to allow remote work through the end of 2029 evidently. Why do government employees have a union? They have guaranteed paychecks, benefits, and retirement so what is the point of a union? Secondly, you have got to be kidding me through 2029?!

Senator Dick Durbin has come out saying that President Trump cannot fire Christopher Wray as head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Get real Senator Durbin and please do not try and gaslight me.

I have not read but have heard of the House report regarding the Federal Government’s response to COVID. Watching to see who all is coming out in opposition to the report including Democrats and Anthony Fauci among them I have to assume the report must have some pretty good analysis of the issues.

I have a sense of unease hearing that Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg have met with Donald Trump in the last week or so in Mar a Lago and or are reaching out to President Elect Trump. These two are certainly backed or have been backed by the deep state and I can only hope that Donald Trump is aware of this fact when meeting with these actors and that good comes out of the meetings.

I have an even greater unease after watching the Central Broadcasting Service’s show, NCIS, in which tactical nuclear weapons were part of the show. It seems that I have been hearing a lot of this recently and I pray that this is not part of a deep state’s information warfare plan to prepare the public for a tactical nuclear weapons attack somewhere in the world, say Ukraine, for instance. This an effort to rally support around the perpetuation of the graft, grift, corruption, and money laundering currently underway on a grand scale in the Ukraine and Israel.

I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

What is up with Matt Gaetz? I wonder if he was duped by the establishment, deep state Republicans to give up his House seat only to yank the rug out from underneath him or is he really guilty of what he is being investigated for? Trouble is my cynicism for Washington D.C. has me believing the former rather than the later. However, the later definitely could be within the realm of possibility considering all of the dirty nasty evil that is dealt out in the halls of power.

It seems the dogs of war have not skipped a beat after the elections and especially before the inauguration of DJT. President Biden has authorized short range ballistic missile and anti-personnel mine use manufactured in the U.S. by the Ukrainians against Russia!? You have got to be joking me. One thing that I can say for certain is Vladimir Putin is not just a talker but a doer as well. These arrogant, pompous perfumed princes in D.C. and the west keep poking the bear and the outcome is not going to be good. I pray yet again that cooler heads will prevail because the specter of nuclear war is not a good one for anybody. A better idea would be to focus on the threats pouring across the US southern border which is much closer to home. Kind of like Vladimir Putin is focusing on his backyard.

Speaking of incompetent civilian leadership of the military. It seems Lloyd Austin is already defending the generals and admirals who are pushing DEI and who, undoubtedly pushed the untested jab on US military members. I certainly hope that there is a purge of general and flag officers who put their jobs and careers ahead of the health of those they lead and the defense of the United States.

I read that the San Jose State University woman’s volleyball team could win their conference championship by default because of the teams who refuse to play against San Jose State. Once again, I hope and pray that the judge in Denver will rule against San Jose letting a transgender player be on its woman’s volleyball team. A man who is shattering all sorts of female records in the sport. Quite honestly, San Jose should have to forfeit all of the games that this person has played in and all of the games that it has won by forfeit because other teams refused to play it. XX should compete against XX and XY should compete against XY.

I have not had much to say about Speaker Johnson but I do have to give him credit for drawing the line on bathrooms in the nation’s Capital. At least in the Capitol it will be XX using XX bathrooms and XY using XY bathrooms.

Laken Riley’s killer has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole which, to me, is the least of which that should have happened to him. Especially considering that he will now be in prison and probably join a gang and spread his poisonous evil to those that will eventually get out of prison and take the poisonous even with them. I suppose it is not my place to judge but it certainly makes me wonder.

Google might have to sell Chrome by order of the DOJ. So much is wrapped up in this that it is hard to sort out the wheat from the chaff. I for one think Google has way too much power and much of this power is thanks to government bureaucrats and probably even some intelligence agencies. Is this the solution? I do not know because I am certain the government officials, in whatever capacity they are in, will not be held accountable. However, I also know that Google needs to be shown for what it is and their leadership in no way puts constitutional rights above the pursuit of their own power and wealth. As I said tough to sort this matter out.

Speaking of tech behemoths, what about Amazon? Talk about a company with a seemingly insatiable lust for power and wealth. Amazon is everywhere.

Oh geez, Ellen DeGeneres has fled to England after the election of DJT. I hope you have fun in England Ellen and I am so sure it will be so much better for you there. I will not waste any more time on that subject.

Lastly, I for one hope the incoming administration leaves Jerome Powell mostly alone. If the administration is going to do anything it would be to eliminate the Federal Reserve completely which it will not do. So, just leave him alone and focus on the border, freedom of speech, and gutting the Federal bureaucracies to include the rot at the top of the military.

Random Musings on Current Events 11.15.24

I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

Nancy Pelosi has filed papers to run for Congress in 2026. Geez, that comes as a shock. How could I have believed for one New York second that a woman such as Mrs. Pelosi would voluntarily give up her seat in Congress? A woman who has enrichened her family and self on the backs of her constituents and the rest of America. A woman who had a Chinese intelligence agent as her driver for years. A woman who just tells us to allow laws to be passed and to read the details later. A woman raised in a household that bleeds cities, states, and now appears hell bent on bleeding a country dry while enrichening theirs and themselves. How could I have ever believed?

President (sic Elect) Trump with help from his team are busy nominating his Cabinet appointments and the pundits and media are greedy to report all the news. I, for one, am interested but only in passing. Time will tell how these appointments go and so I will reserve comment mostly because I am in no way qualified to comment intelligently. The general trend that I have noticed, so far, is that a percentage of his nominees favors those who currently are members of the House Senate or who have been. Does this mean anything? I have no idea as it is just an observation at the moment.

Reflecting on the previous paragraph, I suppose a level of cynicism pervades or perhaps clouds my ability to comment on anyone who has spent time in the swamp as a member of the House or Senate for more than one or two terms. The place really is a swamp and it certainly appears that the longer a person spends time in the morass the more susceptible to being corrupted one becomes. I really do think that perhaps the best way to address this is term limits for our Representatives, Senators, and perhaps a time limit for Senior Executive Staff (SES) level folk in D.C. I really have to question how centralizing power in D.C. is good for the country as D.C. is essentially a parasite on the collective wealth of the united states? Sure, there needs to be a presence in D.C. but does it need to be the behemoth that it has become? In the human body there are, in fact, some good parasites but if left unchecked they become bad parasites. It is obvious to me that D.C. has definitely fallen into the later.

I am happy to read reports that Generals and Admirals are scrambling at the news of DJT’s win. They should be because I have lost confidence in their ability to lead and I have mentioned this before. Are there some who are more warrior than politician? Maybe, however, after watching the way the senior leadership responded to the illegal orders of Secretary Austin regarding COVID jabs, I have my doubts and I wonder I need to be questioning DOD SES leadership as well, especially since they often advise senior military leadership. Trouble is I have some trepidation that the true warrior leaders may have left the military by choice or by force especially at the mid-grade and enlisted levels in the wake of the COVID bull that was foisted on the military. I, for one, am in favor of reinstating all who were forced out or who chose to leave the military early with back pay because of their refusal to take the untested, unlawful jab and to hold accountable all of those who bullied, coerced and forced others to take the unlawful, untested, poisonous jab.

I find it interesting that the Copper, Silver, and Golden States all took forever to count their votes in this most recently held election. Of course, all of the news focused on the Copper and Silver State’s elections and not the Golden States election but it was the same. The only difference is the Golden State has fallen completely into a petty third world status of one party rule. It now appears the rot from the Golden State is nearly complete in the Copper and Silver State and one has to wonder if future elections will be contested? It is so obvious with the passage of election laws during COVID and subsequently enshrined permanently in the Silver State during and immediately after by its super majority Democrat controlled legislature and its Nancy Pelosi backed governor that it will be a long tough road to have truly have two party elections. It is just too easy to figuratively “stuff” the ballot boxes in these states now. We may as well throw Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington into the mix as well. Random Musings on Current Events 11.8.2024

Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in the media from behind the front lines of a purple state. I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

I have to congratulate the Trump team and their successful campaign electing Donald Trump to be the 47th President of the United States. Personally, I have taken a deep breath knowing the Marxist forces in the united states of America have been dealt a defeat. Of course, I know that their movement is far from being defeated and all one has to do is listen and watch Kamala Harris’ concession speech to see this.

Speaking of Harris’ concession speech I cannot help but wonder if it took her so long to concede because she had to be coached up to say just the right things and use just the right body language to signal the radical left wing elements of the Marxist movement in the united states of America to action. It was too eerily similar to Hillary Clinton’s concession speech in which the way she used Russia to seemingly activate the left wing opposition to action against Donald Trump. I can only hope that it is not the case but I am not confident of this in the least. In fact, I am quite aware of her use of “Constitutional” in her speech and do not believe it was for benign purposes what so ever.

The day after the election I had to opportunity to listen to a National Left Wing Socialist Radio (NPR) broadcast from Sacramento, California.  I will admit that I listened to the broadcast because I love listening to hear what these progressive mouth pieces have to say when their cause has been delivered a defeat and I find it satisfying. The broadcasters spent very little time on the national election as if they were pretending it did not happen which was a bit disturbing. What it tells me is that they are in by no way defeated over the long haul.

As if on cue, somehow, I stumbled upon a speech given by California Attorney General Rob Bonta while I was doing some work. When the speech started, I was busy doing work and not watching the television and only listening. When Mr. Bonta started speaking, I thought it was a computer generated voice because of the speeches cadence and tone which really caught my attention. I was listening to the words and I experienced a dissonance in my mind. Then I looked at the screen and I felt a disease that bordered on creepy and was very unsettling especially with Mr. Bonta’s call for California’s “progress” to prevail which, to me, means California’s Progressive, Marxist, Communist one party system to prevail.

Another California Progressive Marxist, California’s Governor Newsom has called for California leaders to prepare for battle against Donald Trump. Why does his rhetoric have to include martial terms and references? Haven’t we had enough of this in the united states of America? On the face of it one could argue that Mr. Newsom is sowing the ground for a Presidential run in 2028, however, there is something more nefarious afoot from what I can glean. California and New York City are ground zero for the Frankist Socialist movements in the USA. Just because President Trump has won his most recent election the Socialists are not even close to being defeated. All they have done is lost a battle but the war (pardon my martial language) is not even close to being over. Personally I believe it is time to reawaken and move the ideological battle front to California in addition to New York city where Donald Trump already has started. This is not a time for true Patriots to rest on their laurels or to sleep.

I read that Meta was denied permission to interconnect a proposed nuclear reactor somewhere in the Southeast of the usA. I am finding it interesting that Meta has now entered the nuclear power field in multiple places not least of which includes Three Mile Island. I am not sure what to make of this just yet but my curiosity is certainly aroused and it is on my radar, so to speak.

The Federal Reserve has cut interest rates another .25% and the news comes the day after the election. This does not surprise me too much and, quite honestly, the .5% cut a few months ago did not surprise me. Do I for one second believe inflation is in check? No, and I do not believe it will benefit me in the least. The Fed is walking a tight rope and I hope they know what they are doing because, considering the financial economy is so out of touch with the real economy, I really do not see how the cuts will help the real economy. Of course, I will be the first to admit that I am not a financial guru by any stretch of the imagination, my experiences are telling me there is not a lot of energy in the real economy. I hope President Trump can change some of this. One thing for certain is Donald Trump has a mandate of sorts from the American people to do so.

In parting, President Trump has a golden opportunity to shake up and clean up Washington D.C. much more so this time than he was able to last time. I hope he does so and that this includes the free lunch that power brokers like Nancy Pelosi have been able to provide the Frankish centers on both sides of the country. Personally, I am OK with letting California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Illinois states go wanting for federal money. Will it be hard on the citizens of these states? Yes, however, the alternative is far worse and perhaps some good will come out of it. These states did not rise to the preeminence that they once held with the help of the Federal Government. They rose because of free markets, free enterprise, free speech and the ability for its citizens to protect themselves and their property. It is time for the elites in these states be held accountable for their corruption, malfeasance, and quite honestly their ineptitude in the pursuit of self-aggrandizement and power. It is time, in my opinion, for the wool that has been pulled over the populations of these states to be pulled back.

Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in the media from behind the front lines of a purple state. I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

I am a couple of days late posting my ramblings, rants, rumbles, and revelations this week. I suppose it is because I really have not been paying too much attention as I have been mourning the loss of my child three years ago who I call a victim of COVID. Not to the disease itself but a victim of the gross overreaction to what essentially was the flu. The overreaction of society and the poisoning of countless millions of people with an unapproved injection which ultimately led to the demise of my child.

Enough of my personal life, for now, and on to the rumblings.

In my introspective moments this past week I was just reminded of the election industry that has formed around, you guessed it, elections. As I continue to receive snail mail flyers, election robo calls, emails, and the worst of them election texts I cannot wonder at how much money is changing hands. The candidates and the machines that support them are constantly on the prowl for donations that in turn are used to fund all these mailings, emails, robocalls, and robo texts. All this capital being spent on useless services that could be spent on improving infrastructure and or being invested in businesses that provide service to a greater swath of society. Instead all of the capital is gathered from the productive businesses and people to be spent by politicians whose sole purpose, for most of them, is to get elected by spending the money on media and advertisements. I just have to ask myself what value does any of this provide me?

If the reader or two of my ramblings is wondering who I am voting for President it obviously is not for the Marxist/Communist liar that is running for President. I watched a collage or sorts on one of the purported MSM news channels detailing how many “changes” in her position she has taken in over the last few years. These included but are not limited to her stance on the border wall, and the second amendment. What strikes me is how brazenly crass she and her handlers are with regard to these issues. I say this because I do not believe for one second that she will not immediately revert back to her previous stances on these issues and that she is just saying these things to get elected.

Speaking of the MSM I have to wonder how much money they are making hyping their preferred candidates all in the name of generating viewership in order to sell advertising and keep themselves afloat? The polls show the candidates are virtually tied and as a person with a little bit of knowledge of statistics I am aware of how easily polls and statistics can be manipulated to serve one’s agenda. For the big media companies their agenda is about making money and in order to do that they need access to politicians and it seems will do anything to gin up viewership, clicks etc. It is like a spectator sport on the national and international scale. The media craves and is in fact addicted to the politicians feeding their spectators. In fact I have heard that each presidential candidate is approaching a billion dollars in campaign spending. How am I to believe or trust anything that comes out of their organizations?

Random Musings on Current Events 10.26.24

Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in the media from behind the front lines of a purple state. I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants and revelations in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.

I have noticed in the last two weeks that Harris campaign has really ramped up their campaign ads in my neck of the woods which happens to be a swing county in a swing state. At the same time I have seen reports that Bill Gates through his proxies has donated vast amounts of money to her campaign. This while former members of Trump’s White House staff have come out firmly against Trump. I guess this is the “October Surprise” that I believe we all have been waiting for. So, I suppose it is time for me to weigh in on a couple of observations.

First, I am leery of anything any of the former Generals say with regards to President Trump. I say this because there has been a concerted effort within the military establishment since 9/11 to create a homogenous US Military under the guise of “Joint Warfare”. During the “War on Terror” all the branches of the US Military has developed “Joint Warfare” doctrine which includes special qualification paths, education, deployments, and even working to homogenize uniforms. Just look at the US Navy which discontinued its dungaree uniform for digital camouflage pattern uniforms for sailors to wear at sea. Geez, why does a sailor need to wear a digital camouflage uniform at sea? Is it to blend in with the ocean if they were to fall overboard? During this push to indoctrinate and push the US Military into Joint Warfare all of these Generals were promoted under the guise of being proficient in a war against an enemy that was of little consequence to the once vaunted US military. Not only that, but they also obtained their ranks under the globalist administrations of Bush Jr, and Obama.

To further comment, the Generals and Admirals who have come to rank in the last several decades have done so with the United States being an economic powerhouse in the world. However, thanks to the War on Terror instigated by the civilian leadership in the United States the Generals and Admirals are woefully unprepared for or unable to discuss basic economics and how they impact the United States of America. The Generals and Admirals think in terms of expensive weapons platforms and modern machinery to fight the wars that they have trained to fight. However, they do not seem to take a step back and ask themselves or their staffs the simple question of how these wars and weapons platforms will be paid for? I will submit that the competitors of US and its western allies have asked this question as evidenced by their actions. The formation of BRICS, the Chinese doctrine of Unlimited Warfare are just a couple of examples but are certainly not the only examples one could use as arguments given time.

Harris’ neurolinguistics programming and how her cadence, intonation, and inflections remind me of listening to a San Francisco/Sacramento NPR broadcaster. Let us not forget the oversize influence that California State Berkley Communists have had first in San Francisco Bay area governments and media, then Sacramento and the Republic of California, then the west coast states and that are now pushing into the mountain west and the rest of the United States. The pincer like unlimited warfare campaigns are in full swing pushing in from each coast into the United States interior. Heck, even Liz Cheney and Hillary Clinton have publicly come out in support of Kamala Harris. All this talk of Donald Trump being a threat to democracy rings hollow to me as the only threat is to the deep state’s form of democracy which really is undemocratic and full of grift, graft and corruption and that are always a part of Marxist Communist regimes.

Is it any wonder Donald Trump has struck a nerve in the rest of the United States no matter how imperfect he may be?

I have been somewhat, without emotion, watching the Israeli military operations in Gaza and Lebanon from afar, obviously, and I have to admit it is impressive and I understand why the corrupt war mongering elite leadership in Israel has great support in Israel. The manner and targeting of the IDF makes sense considering the tunnels that everyone knew existed for quite some time but the scale of the tunnel construction in both Gaza and Lebanon has been impressive and eye opening in its own right. As a mostly ambivalent observer the IDF campaign has been impressive in its apparent almost surgical yet brutal precision and speaks to the efficiency of Israeli intelligence. I am impressed, as well, with how the Israelis have closed ranks, so to speak, with what appears the whole of its society supporting the rooting out of the Iranian proxies in both of Israel’s backyards. Have there been atrocities committed by the IDF? Most definitely, the least of which was the multi hour stand-down ordered for the Gazan border defense forces and the murdering of members of this defense force who sounded alarms prior to and on October 7 by the murderous Gazans. It amazes me how on one hand the IDF can conduct such precision operations but somehow did not see the October 7 attacks.  Let me state that I do not condone Hamas’ or Israel’s actions in any way shape or form especially as a follower of Christ. However, there is the part of me that understands the anger and outrage that the Israelis have experienced and are subsequently visiting upon their enemies at Israel’s borders. It is an anger that has been building for decades and that after the horrors that were allowed to be inflicted upon Israeli citizens on October 7, 2023, is it any wonder Israel has unleashed their might? Additionally, I have ask myself if any of these atrocities would have occurred had it not been for Biden/Harris and the deep state having allowed the unfreezing of Iranian assets? God bless them all.

RIP my young child on the third anniversary of your passing into God’s hands.
