Once again it is time for some Twitter (for those with a litigious bent there is a trademark symbol just after the “r” in the previous word) like random musings from the mind of a quiet, unassuming, at least in my own opinion, person observing the ramblings, rumblings and revelations in the media. Additionally, it appears that Twitter would most likely censor what I have to say any way and Facebook certainly would censor what I have to say.

If you read a post I made several weeks ago I mentioned that I wrote my state representative and state senator regarding my misgivings and a request that the legislative branch of my state government restrict what I believe to be a gross overreach of executive power with the COVID crisis. I mentioned that I would give them some time to get back understanding that they have no staff to my knowledge. Both these gentlemen are Republicans and as of today I have heard nothing back from them and it has now been more than a month.

Now, in the last week my states chapter of the Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) canceled its annual fund raiser due to restrictions placed on it by my state’s governor. Of course, the chapter asked for ticket holders to consider donating our tickets which I did. However, I did send a note to the organization again expressing my discomfort with the overreach of the state’s executive asking if they or if the organization new of anyone who was challenging this overreach? I just sent this yesterday and to no surprise I have heard nothing. I will give them a couple of weeks as well to respond. However, maybe I will need to give them a couple of months if they are anything like the state legislators who represent the district in which I reside.

Violence continues to rage in many of the nation’s largest cities. I just watched Netflix’s Fear City which chronicled New York City during the 70’s and 80’s in which the Cosa Nostra reigned supreme and the FBI and Justice Department’s subsequent application of the RICO Statutes to significantly reign in The Mob’s power and influence. I could not help listening to and observing the scenes of violence, fear and influence of the mob in all facets of New York life and not draw a parallel to what is happening today in New York and many of the nation’s other large cities. The parallels being the cities having democratically run administrations, the police being hamstrung by the city administrations, and violence a daily if not hourly occurrence to name a few. On top of that small few shadowy individuals seem to organize and pull the strings of much of the cities industries, government, and institutions. The FBI was able to use the RICO Statutes to bring this thugs and criminals down. A difference this time is I wonder how high the RICO Statutes could be exercised in the current nationwide crises? I wonder if the lawlessness and violence could be organized at high levels in the government and corporate leadership? Could this be applied even into the billionaire’s club in tech and hedge fund management?

Speaking of hedge fund managers and tech billionaires. I shake my head that the individuals who made billions in the free markets of the west actively support the progressives in the United States. Like the Robber Barons of the late nineteenth century they seem to want to use the government to change the rules. They seem to want a somewhat if not outright fascistic government that they control to change the rules in order to squash and suppress any competition that could rise up against them. My opinion is these leaders are really nothing more than petty dictators who believe in arbitrarily changing the rules of governance in order to support their dominance in their industries of dominance. I believe they are selfish, self-serving despots intent on doing whatever it takes to quash and keep us serfs in line.

I would hope that Senator Lee and others in Congress would take a good hard look at the FANGS. I ask why they are getting special considerations when the FANGS really are abusing the privilege. They really are not supportive of nor willing to compete in the free and open marketplaces of products and ideas. Equal application of the law please. Interesting that Shepard Smith is now working for CNBC overtly. I laugh because I remember his outright indignation and surprise when President Trump won the 2016 election. At least now he is where he should be which is in a place full of progressive propagandists. I wonder how long it will take before Chris Wallace joins him?

I have thought some more about a tack that Republicans could take everywhere in this coming election. I stated this train of thought thinking about my state’s legislative races that will be occurring in the fall. To me there is plenty of reason that there currently is no legislative check upon our Democratic governor who continually opens and shuts businesses down based on what is increasing faulty data regarding the coronavirus, increased taxes, more onerous gun regulations and etc. But that seems too complicated and perhaps the simplest question to ask or advertise from now until the elections is something to the effect of, “A vote for any Democrat this election is a vote to allow our (insert one or more of the following) city, country, state, country to become like San Francisco, Seattle, New York, or Chicago.” It is simple and can be backed up with facts and video. President Trump has already started this campaign, but I question if my local Republican politicians will have the brass to do the same. Again, it is simple, A vote for any Democrat is a vote for San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Atlanta, and etc. My goodness there is so much fodder for the Republicans it just amazes me that they are not using it. Where are the leaders?!?!?

I will say that I recently read an op-ed written by former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt to a local newspaper in Nevada. It, to me, was a well written and very public opinion supporting the Constitution and American Values. I say to Mr. Laxalt thank you for using your clout to express a truly conservative opinion. Now, I ask, where is the rest of the Republican leadership?

Speaking of which I wrote a letter to the two members of my state’s legislature over a week ago who are both Republican. I have to say I am a bit disappointed as I have heard back from neither one of them. When I wrote my Governor, who happens to be Democrat, I heard back within two days. Perhaps the Governor has a larger staff which is for at least another week I will give the legislators the benefit of the doubt.

Speaking of my state governor. This person is rolling back the coronavirus restrictions because of the upsurge in cases. However, I still fail to see the data to support it. Sure, the number of cases is increasing but the percentage of hospitalizations to number of new cases is falling. I truly believe this is political maneuvering now. Shut the bars down so people will not talk, shut the schools down so mothers will not talk, shut large venues down so the President and others cannot hold rallies and the list goes on. Oh well, I think I am going to brush up on my self defense skills. Something tells me these maybe coming in handy in the near future.

Dr. Scott Gotlieb lecturing us about how schools should not be opened? I am sure he is one of those who believe the economy should not open until an immunization has been developed and approved. I find it interesting that he sits on the board of Pfizer. I wonder if he was an intern under Dr. Fauci at some time?

Portland based Nike is a tool of the Chinese Communist Party! I also wonder if there is any coincidence how left the government of Portland has drifted and continues to drift. A city that highways can be shut down in the name of a Marxist movement and the fact Nike is based there. Evidently, the only commerce that Nike cares about is their own and does not give a rip about truckers, mom and pop businesses, nor the small businesses affected by the Marxist riots.

Does anyone else find it troubling that there are reports of institutionalized anti-Semitism in the Black Lives Marxist Movement? Although, why should anyone be surprised considering that the Bolshevik Revolution and other Marxist movements do not tolerate anything but 100% submission to their so called mores and values.

I was happy to see that Secretary Pompeo is calling out Tik Tok for the Chinese Virus (the Chinese Virus part of the that statement is my own name not the Secretary’s) that it truly is. I truly support and home that President Trump shuts Tik Tok and any other CCP Controlled app out there down.

I wish I could remember where I heard this idea from because they deserve credit for a great idea. Specifically, they suggested that for any politician who calls for a reduction in the police that at the same time we demand their security detail be reduced. I am going to try and remember this as I listed to my local politicians.

I do not have a lot to write about today as I have spent most of the time that I allot to writing is that I wrote letters to my State Senator and State Assemblyman. The reason that I write them is first to ask that taxes not be raised to make of for revenue shortfalls because of the governor’s COVID 19 inspired shutdowns. A good deal of the economy was forced to shut down and yet the state government has not had to shutdown one day. In fact, the state employee’s union is filing suit against the governor because he is proposing a one day a month furlough. Secondly, I have asked that mail in ballots be not allowed in the upcoming general election and that in the future the governor be limited to no more than thirty days of an emergency declaration without approval of the state legislature. It is time to reign in the executive power in this instance in my own humble opinion.

I listened to NPR (National Left Wing Socialist Radio) this morning for some perspective. In the segment that I listened to their White House Correspondent had nothing nice to say about the President. She claimed that the President’s speech on the fourth of July was meant to further increase the division in our country and no hints of unifying existed in the speech. Of course, this was through her nasal voice and in the NPR cadence used by all of their correspondents. Um, last time I checked the left are the least inclusive group in the country right now as exemplified by their willingness to shout down anyone who disagrees with them, see to it anyone who disagrees with their positions is fired, and support those who would “burn the system down”. Give me a break.

I did watch a dvr’ed interview by Mark Levin of Bob Woodson this morning and I have to say Mr. Woodson is a very articulate and intelligent man. So much so that I am going to have to read some more of what the Woodson Center and 1176 Unites has to say. Thank you Mr. Levin for the interview.

And the murdering and mayhem continue in the Democratic Party run big cities such as New York, Chicago and Atlanta. Gun violence in all of these cities with some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation being the prime culprit even takes the lives of children. Does there need to be any other reason not to vote Democrat? Why is this message not reaching more of the country? Perhaps, it is because we outside the large cities already know this? How can we, the sane people of the country, retake our cities?

I am angry and have not been able to even type about this matter the past couple of days. The reason I am angry is there will be Black Lives Matter marches in two of the cities near me on the Fourth of July but there will be no traditional Fourth of July celebrations because of the Chinese Communist Party Flu. Are you telling me that the Marxist Socialist Internationalist have already defeated this country? My goodness this is getting crazy. Which leads me to my next rant.

I cannot tell you how many solicitations for money I have gotten from the Republican Party and or conservative political action committees in the recent weeks. Many of them come under the guise of a poll or what not. Of course, and let this be a message to the people sending out these solicitations. There is not as much money around to just send to groups who have done nothing for me recently. I would like to see some leadership from the Republican’s in the Senate, but they have been largely silent in the face of the hysteria in the country. How come they are not calling out the Black Lives Movement for the Marxists that they are? How come they are not supporting the Black Americans whose businesses have been destroyed by the mobs? How come they are allowing their corporate sponsors who have been bullied by the Marxists to bully themselves into quiet acquiescence of the Marxist aims? President Trump tried to be a leader but was immediately undercut and subverted, at least publicly and from what I have seen in the press, by the Washington swamp (i.e. the military and neocons). Again, I ask myself why should I send money to a bunch who will do nothing for me? News flash! Your silence and acquiescence to the left signals to me that you are in compliance with the left’s aims.

Liz Cheney rabble rousing about the so called Russian paying bounties to Afghans to kill Americans: Representative Cheney has not your family and its inner circle made enough money and amassed enough power on foreign wars to feed multiple generations of the Cheney’s already? Why do you need more when we in the middle class are under constant attack and shrinking? Oh, never mind, that is a rhetorical question. You really do not give a rip about me and so I really do not give a rip about you. In fact, anything you say or do I hold in contempt and or suspect.

So, Russia put a bounty out on American service members in Afghanistan? Why am I yawning at yet another Russia conspiracy theory from the mainstream media? Tell me something new you purveyors of timed or ill-timed propaganda, as the case may be. A couple of days later and it seems that this is all based on unsubstantiated facts. Oh! Shocking! What a surprise! If you detect sarcasm dripping from my words well then you are smarter than whoever dreamt those reports up.

Is anyone else growing tired of being led around by a bunch of bureaucratic medical doctors? Dr. Fauci is yet another example of a lifelong bureaucrat who is relishing in the spotlight and his power. However, I also believe that there is anecdotal evidence that he is a stooge of big pharma. I say this because of his reluctance to use or support any alternative treatments to combat the Chinese Flu. I also say this because he is insistent to point of irritation that we will not be able to return to normal until a vaccine is created, tested and approved by the proper government approval agencies or ministries or whatever they are called and that it is going to take a long long time to do so. In fact, it will be after the election and isn’t that so convenient. Ok, the last sentence was a bit of sarcasm and I heard Dana Carvey’s Church Lady character in my mind saying the sentence as I typed it.

For those who care my new mantra is that I will not support nor take a knee for Black Lives Matter because they are a Marxist organization. When are others going to start standing up to these leftist revolutionaries?

Is anyone else questioning, besides Tucker Carlson, the lack of leadership and response by any of our leaders to the riots and out and out treasonous calls by the radical left to abolish and replace our system of governance by violent means? I also must agree with, and question why are these people not being arrested and the book be thrown at them? Timothy McVey is no longer with us after he killed unarmed innocents in Oklahoma City. I would argue that there have been many unarmed innocents and wounded and killed in the last several weeks at the hands of these terroristic insurgents. Let me be one of the first to say that if I were in charge I would be sending the National Guard and or Police into Chaz and wherever else these Marxist have declared independence and round them up. I am sure there are plenty of laws that have been broken that they can be charged with. They are violating other right to the pursuit of life, liberty, and the pursuit of property (happiness). Then I would ask that the Justice Department purse the organizers and funders of these radicals using RICO statutes to break their financial support. All the while I would be telling the American people exactly what I was doing without revealing tactics and other protocols of course.

This all being said it is easy for me to throw darts so to speak as I am not in charge. I also do not blame the President because he must be tired and weary. He has not caught a break since he took office and quite honestly, I would not blame him if he decided not to run for office again. I hope he does, however, because if he does not win, I will be shutting this blog down because I will be in fear for my life. I firmly believe now that big tech is in bed with many entrenched Washington politicians and bureaucrats. The law of club and fang will be the law of the day as our constitutional rights will became history in not in fact but in application. No, who I am feeling even more anger toward are the so called Republicans who will not or cannot support the President. I do expect there to be support 100% of the time nor would I wish that. But to not stand up to the leftists who are hell bent on destroying our country and supporting the President’s calls to put them down is disgusting! What I do not think many in business and the government realize is that if these Marxist’s gain power (Biden will do their bidding) you can expect all institutions of our market economy and freedoms to come under assault. Yes, I said market economy to include Wall Street and the banking system. One only needs to look to Russia and China for examples.
