Once again it is time for some Random Musings On Current Events from the mind of a quiet, unassuming (at least in my own opinion) person observing the ramblings, rumblings, rants, raves and revelations in the media from behind the front lines of a purple state. I present these ramblings, rumblings, rants, revelations and gratitude’s in a sort of stream of conscious journal format and, yes, there may be some sarcasm thrown in.
My first thoughts are to send my condolences and prayers to the victims and the victim’s families of the elementary school shooting in Bend, Oregon. Unfortunately, having lost a child of my own to violence and I have an understanding of what the parents of the children are going through and will go through in the coming days, weeks, months and years.
One thing that is bothering me or niggling at me is the behavior of the Bend mayor and Oregon governor at the first press briefing. This is around the fact that the shooter was shot by a member of the community who happened to notice the shooter going into the school with a long gun. Thank goodness the community member was there and took action or there is a good chance more would have been killed or wounded. Sure the police arrived a minute or so later but the actual shooting took less than a minute so who knows what could have happened? What was interesting about the presser was it seemed the governor and mayor were reluctant to praise the community member but, I will say, at least they did.
It seems that the FBI and CIA were involved in the OKC bombing of the federal building in the 1990’s. Gee, you mean they were involved in a cover up even 25 years ago? But then all one has to do is go back to the JFK assassination so why is it a shocker? It seems the word is now coming out that Kenneth Michael Trentadue really did not commit suicide but rather his murder, in 1995, was an FBI cover-up for the CIA. Gee, what another shocker. I suppose what would shock me is CIA and FBI officials and agents being arrested for their crimes.
So, an anti-ICE Group is advertising “Organizing Jobs” that pay up to $36 and hour to disrupt Home Depots in Southern California and work on ICE Breakers that force businesses to cut support for ICE (hotels such as Hilton). The group doing the advertising is called Grassroots Activist International Association (GAIA) and I just have to wonder who is funding them ultimately? When I say ultimately what I mean is after all of the cut outs and shell companies is it Soros, the CCP or…?
President Trump has brokered a deal for Russia to release diesel into the world markets. It is quite the show to watch the wranglings and manipulations of those who do not want Congress to stay in control of the Republicans. I get to be a spectator of the geopolitical game being waged in the media by those who do not want the Republicans to maintain control of Congress and those who do. Of course, let’s be real I fully understand this is to limit President Trump and his administrations power because it threatens the status quo. The same status quo that has overseen my standard of living steadily decline over the past many decades. I know that I have been beating this drum for at least a couple of decades but why not beat it yet again. After all, for example, Europe is buying US diesel to add to their diesel/petroleum reserves that they will not release in order to artificially inflate the cost of world wide diesel. Additionally, it is so patently obvious now that COVID was released to prevent Trump from obtaining a second term so why wouldn’t the globalist elites concoct something to ensure their power? What is sad is to see the Republicans line up against the diesel deal but no big surprise to see Mitch McConnell in the mix against the President’s moves.
Speaking of a consequence of the globalist left’s uncontrolled immigration the Somalis are getting violent in MN. Now they have even disrupted a high school home coming, a uniquely American event. Why are we not deporting them? I will not even get into why they are here in the first place but one thing I can say is that, like France, they are not integrating into society but rather creating a parallel society. All we have to do is look to France to see what the consequence of a large immigrant community not integrating into a societies preexisting culture and it is not good.
Lastly, I know there are several who see that coincidence but I have to point out what a coincidence it is that the Brazilian election swung to the right just as USAID has been cut off. Interesting also 00that means north of $600 million less USAID funding flowed into Brazil during this election season when compared to the previous election season. Yes, what a coincidence.
